Already got tickets for when the rangers come to town next weekend Friday night to watch the firework show with the whole family. 

Sounds great. Fireworks were better than I expected.

They do a great job at it! Was voted best atmosphere for Friday night games by MLB early in the season. Just saw last week they also won best food by MLB Park again like 3rd time last 6 years.

Astros take a 7 game division lead with a 6-5 victory over the Rockies. Abreu striking out the side was exciting. Caratini with the grand slam early proved to be the game winner. Astros not scoring after the 3rd was a letdown, but a win is a win.

The Astros just had their BEST June in team history, going 19-7 with a .731 winning percentage. IN FACT, this was the 5th best record for a full month in ALL of the Astros history.

Hard to believe the Astros are setting records with so many starters out. Astros are the epitome of “Put me in coach”

I read he is going to a specialist. I would think he was already seeing a specialist. Sports figures have some of the best doctors in the world. Mystery to me.

Win again 5-3 Mariners win also.  Still 7 up and 18 over 500.  Hunter pitched well enough to win but wasn't exactly in line wit other starts and we finally gave him some much needed run support.

Hunter now 9-3

Guillorme injured on 10 day IL now.  Another one down.

Freeland starting for Colorado. This is what I found…..

Freeland has a 5.56 ERA in the 2025 season, and Colorado has won just two of his 15 starts overall. The Astros will counter with lefty Brandon Walter, who has a 3.34 ERA in five starts with the franchise in 2025.

Astros treated this day game as a "throw away" game. Used pitchers that haven't seen much action of late to rest some other arms.

Houston loses 7-6 but still got the series win over Colorado.

On to the Dodgers for a 3 game weekend series at Chavez Ravine.
