Yeah I saw the scores, but have not had a chance to catch a game live. Sometimes low scoring can be caused by holding the ball on offense not just from great defense. That is why I was asking because I remember the stall tactic against Silsbee a few years back was wondering if they were still doing that or not to keep scores this low.

Coach Mitchell has done a remarkable job this year to get them to this point. They are assured of at least a play in game depending on what happens Friday and Tuesday. If the right scenario occurs they will be the 4 seed (Large school 2 seed)

Coach Mitchell always does a good job getting his players to play hard. I heard Lumberton is really athletic right now too, buddy told me they had 4-5 guys that could dunk right now. Has to be a first for a Lumberton team having that many athletes at one time, because they usually lack in the athleticism department.

I’ve been to a lot lot lumberton games this year probably the best defensive team we’ve had but we struggle scoring

Scoring struggles have been a common theme in Lumberton for last 10-12 years. Good on the Raiders for using their athleticism to play some great defense, defense wins big games!
