Do you support trump’s call for massive tariffs?

So idk if you guys know this, but if you put tariffs in place, the cost of goods go up.

the exporter (foreign seller) still charges the same price.

The importer (American company) will simply pass off the costs to the customer.

This will be a net negative for the average consumer but curious if you guys still support it anyway

Or the importer will look for other sources, possibly in country.

Won't matter whose in the White House, Biden/Harris have kept most of the tariffs in place and even increased some.

Possibly in country? Textiles are not retuning, especially if immigrants willing to work for cheap wages and no benefits are expelled. Ain’t gonna happen.
