Guys a loss to PNG and Newton is not a signal of a bad team.  They have beaten us soundly many times.  A win tonight over the Tigers and everything will be great in orange!

No but losing to a team that lost to Woodville iand getting manhandled by  a PNG team that lost by 35 to an average Memorial team is not good at all. Is that where WOS is now with their program? Saying that our loses aren't that bad!?

That’s what LCM used to say. Well we lost but it wasn’t that bad. They always played that way. Not to win just not to lose really bad

WOS just ok offensively.    Silsbee gifted them 14 points.    They don’t run the ball very good, other than when the QB makes something t happen with his feet.    He’s made some nice throws as well, but very inconsistent.

Silsbee has the 2 or 3 best players on the field.  #40 for Silsbee is a heckuva football player.

That strip of Miller was a good play although I wouldn’t expect it to happen at least not in that fashion again. But yes the other 2 were greatly helped by the Tigers.  Slipping and mugging the punt and then giving 2 15 TD penalties on one drive including one of them that would have forced a 4th and long.  Tigers should be ahead by a bit more.

Sad time for WOS supporters, we had a great run with some great coaching and talented players. The plunge to Mediocrity has begun, still some talent in the pipe , but there is an exodus of that , coupled with an inexperienced staff and administration that is clueless

Sad day for the Mustang program to lose the fan base as soon as they hit slump.

Yup....the new norm.  “Losses aren’t bad...these teams are so good”. Ok

It looks like they will be one of those teams labeled as “tons of talent” but can’t get it done.  We have/had several of those locally.

Folks can say “give the guy a chance” but when you change the defensive scheme with a program that has hung its hat on defense.....doesn’t make sense.  It’s not like he was a defensive mastermind

    • No chance in hell that this pos is found guilty.
    • After his silly conviction, President Trump has raised over 200 Million dollars!  The people are seeing through it!  Excellent!
    • Let’s see if joe biden’s words about no one is above the law, made after the rigged trial of President Trump, rings true with his po💩son.  Hopefully, but I’m not going to hold my breath, they put the sorry sob in prison.
    • I liked his no bull crap attitude. He was a man of very few words. Extremely strong and freaky athletic!!! As close as possible to being the best offensive lineman to ever play the game. I hope his family finds peace without him!!! RIP #73
    • Chester, a small town in NE Tyler County.  A town that is seeing growth with the addition of a national chain store and a new school being built.  If you travel 287 toward Dallas from the Golden Triangle you have probably passed through Chester.  Things tend to stay pretty consistent and it is your typical small town.   A trip to state is the buzz around town, and the talk before church services begin on Sunday.  This year’s graduating class will number 11.  We don’t have a radio station that covers the Yellowjackets.  We are never a lead story on any of the news stations that broadcast to our community. With all that said, there is a closeness and sense of pride in our community.  Every community rallies behind their kids as they progress into the playoffs.  We are proud of our boys as they have represented our community well and with class. We invite you to follow our boys as they go to state.  We welcome the greater SETX communities as honorary Yellowjackets.  Tune in, watch live or come to Round Rock personally and join us in supporting the Chester Yellowjackets.  Go ‘Jackets!!! ⚾️💜💛⚾️🟣🟡⚾️💜💛⚾️
