​gotta weed the bad ones out and hire the good ones like ive been saying. I thought they were on their way to doing that in Philly after that corruption mess inside their police dept was uncovered. 

@cnnbrk: 6 Philly cops whose interrogations allegedly included dangling suspect from 18th floor have been arrested.

Wow, why so much backup? Why were these cops called to the scene? Makes no sense to me. He was subdued. No need to tase or punch this guy. Anyone know why he was stopped?

Pathetic!  IMO one big problem Police Dept's have is identifying those officers who let the "power" go to their heads.  Most of us have seen it at work.  Person gets promoted & soon starts throwing their weight around.  There, it's a nuisance, but when police do it, it can be life threatening.
