Smdh.  Yes, alcoholism is a disease, but it can be treated if the person wants help.  You have to admit you have an addiction before you can help yourself.  Maybe he will use this as a wake up call and come out of denial.  After his 5th arrest in 4 years, hopefully he has come to the realization that he has a problem.
