They are determining if they can get rid of the Superintendent and combine his salary with the AD to get enough for me. We will see what happens. It is what it takes if they are serious about winning. In your dreams buddy. They need a complete change in culture because what they have been doing in the past is not close to working at all. They need to bring someone in that can bring a new winning attitude and people in the community need support them in whatever they are trying to change and not say well that's not the way we have done it here because again that is not working. They didn't suppot then and they will never support. But hardin will win with the guy coming. Just like They did & better in Hayes years in Hardin but better this time.
