Under that defintion, wouldn't an AK qualify as a WMD?

I personally don't think so. If you read all the definitions that are out there, they all say chemical, biological or radioactive weapon capable of causing widespread death and destruction or at least imply that.

Now, a person can read into it what they want, but what all the definitions do have in common is the mention of chemical weapons as WMD.

Would you consider mustard gas a weapon of mass destruction? It is a chemical weapon.

YES

mustard gas - a toxic war gas with sulfide based compounds that raises blisters and attacks the eyes and lungs; there is no known antidote

Because it is a chemical weapon......

I have a hard time digesting the fact that people like you actually exist. It seems that natural selection should have intervened somewhere. Do I need to define natural selection?

Come on, baddog, these are the "low information voters" that obama and the democrats rely on.  It's proven here everyday!
