Well surely they've won more than Celina...or Groveton.  Maybe Southlake Carroll.. or Mart.  Surely.... I mean Burkeville has won 2 state championships.  Surely HD has won more than that.

[/quote]HD has won 4 State Titles. HD held the Nations Longest Winning Streak at 43 straight wins. HD has won 534 games, which is number 7 in Texas small schools. HD has won 63% of it's games. Along with way to many district championships. I would say Finney has rekindled a sleeping giant.  ;) Please read and enjoy below.

As far as Kountze goes...well we have a again a stable of skill players. just name a couple to watch Returning QB's / Tailback Justin Harper and Grayland Arnold.

The Colmesneil Bulldogs are returning a lot of seniors just like H-D. RB Cody Walsh and QB Matt Bailey can flat out play. Returning 14 seniors and a very talented Sophomore class, and also a new 285 pound monster/talented tackle, the Bulldogs could be a force to be reckoned with. Coach Johnson has this team in the hardest workout system in the state for sure..... It's gonna be a very good season for Colmesneil football.

If they can get the offensive and defensive line situations figured out and establish a deep threat to replace the Rains kid, alon with staying healthy, they should be fine and compete well.

I dont know where the ceiling is for Tarkington in the next two years but they will defintely have a winning record. Both players are legitimate. I think they will end the no-playoff streak when they are seniors.

Really terrible thats not exactly correct you act like they went winless last year they are improving for sure, look for them to turn some heads in 22-3A this year. They would DESTORY HD this year.
[/quote]Yes terrible. Tarkington won 2 games last season, which was a good season for them. lol. 1A Hull-Daisetta whipped 3A Tarkington 41-18 in 2011. In 2010 a 3 win HD team beat 3A Tarkinton 28-6. Tarkington is not serious about football. Tarkington is Lucky they did not have to play and get embarrassed by 1A HD last season. HD was good last season and has just about everybody coming back. HD would crush Tarkington 60-0 this coming season.  :D SMH LOL

HD is probably going to have a great year.  I would even make the bold statement that they will probably get past SA/Alto (whoever gets 2nd in that district).  I think HD may even get to play Mart in the 3rd round.  Won't get past that, but a great season nonetheless. We will all let 55 have this time to shine...  but realize.  Almost every kid on that list (most of them transfers) will graduate after next year.  And...being how HD can't afford to keep Finney, he will probably leave too... along with his staff. 

So... then what?  But... all that aside.  We will let HD enjoy this probable great season that's coming.

They will not play SA as SA will be in a serious rebuild mode. They will be stomped by Alto who has everyone coming back. Alto toyed with them this year and won comfortably in the end. I do believe that HD will continue their domination of the worst district in the history of high school football.

[/quote]Colmesneil lost a bunch of good players. Sanchez, Raines and the other RB are gone. Best chance of beating HD was last season. Very explosive team last season for Colmesneil.

Hull-daisetta will be good.  They played with alot of confidence at the end of last year, and i would expect that to carry over.  They will win their district again and have a good chance to make a deep run again (they played Alto closer than anybody in the playoffs besides Mart).

As for SA...serious rebuild mode is a bit of a stretch.  They will be just fine.

Yall have some pretty good linemen returning as well, and a speedy RB.  I look for WS to go a few rounds next year, but I have no idea who yalls QB will be.
