I'm trying to remember the coach that said you can put up 600 yards a game but if you lose the ball before you make it into the endzone it doesn't mean anything. -

Whoa dove, I didn't know you lurked on these parts of the forums! Haha, I wasn't trying to imply that WB didn't play disiplined or anything like that.
WB seemed to panic when Lumberton was in a full court press which led to a lot of frantic passes that were intercepted in the backcourt. That was the difference imo. -
Been waiting for you to pop back up oldman and I would agree with you. I would like to see a rematch but Lumberton isn't quite on BH's level yet. Maybe we will find out come playoff time.

Lumberton has a lot of speed and can clog passing lanes. They were in a press and were doing a good job of intercepting passes before they could break the halfcourt.
Lumberton plays disiplined team ball and from what I have seen this year they are getting better as the season progresses.
Georgetown and PAM have proven they can be beaten but imo this is the best team I have seen out of Lumberton in the last 5 years I've watched them. -
Is everyone alright? I've seen crosby a couple times this year against a couple different teams and they didn't appear to be threatening to me. BH should have won by at least 25.

25-1 lumberton after 1. WB having a hard time breaking half court so far.

I was with Jacks last year after the YMBL when he said he as wasn't coming back this year. Releasing his schedule for everyone to see and not having the ymbl on there is a clear indicator that he isn't going. Not paying an entry fee to the tournament would be a clear indicator that he is not coming back this year.
I don't see where you are getting off that it's somehow on him that they didn't know lumberton wouldnt be there. -
Really Kyle? You need to get over whatever beef it is you have with Jacks or at least man up and talk to him instead of bashing him online behind a screen name.
Coach Jacks told the tournament staff last year he was not coming back this year. Lumberton's schedule never had the YMBL on it, he never paid an entry fee, or talked to them about playing in the YMBL. My guess is the tournament staff assumed Lumberton would be playing and threw them in there without confirming. -

I see, I'll note thought that when they wernt shooting the long ball well they did a great job of working it inside and scoring under the basket.

Any idea on who takes it? Ive seen lumberton a couple times, Ozen, a little of central, GCM, and nederland so far this year. Of those mentioned I think Lumberton is playing the best ball but until they can Knock off Ozen they're the Queens of the district.
I think lumberton, ozen, GCM, and central make playoffs in that order. -
I saw that at the HJ tournament versus Crosby. Correct me if I am wrong but it didn't look like Ozen shot the 3 or any long 2s well. Was that a fluke or usual?

From what I hear this coaching staff builds playears so I wouldn't be too worried. We had a lot of talent when I was in schol but the best we could do was 4-7
