The Lumberton announcer to me was annoying. He kept saying come on Raider fans we need to help the Raiders stop them here, all Raider fans on you feet let the Raiders know you are behind them, and hold the rope. It wasn't a big deal to me, actually it was funny the announcer having to tell the fans they needed to cheer. I also agree that it didn't show the greatest sportsmanship.

Yes... Vidor won a tight hard fought game against Nederland. That being said if they were to play again Nederland would still be favored, just not by as much. I am from Vidor and will back the Pirates till the very end, it is not a nock on Vidor at all. Nederland has been playing the kind of football that Vidor did on Friday night for years. Vidor will not have to worry about where they are on any poll, just play like they did Friday and the rest will take care of itself. Not only that we are from Vidor and like being the underdog. Let's not talk about jumping to the top just yet.

This doesn't surprise me. Roger has been mentioned before with steriods. Unfortunately there is no way to prove one way or another. Neither one has ever failed a drug test. This is not over with in the next couple of years most of the better players will be rummored to have used steriods.
