    My heart goes out to the WOS family.  I can't even begin to imagine how y'all feel.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  I apologize for even making a post after yours.

    I think Lumberton Red, Nederland White, PNG White will be some good games. All 3 will have to play perfect and have some luck on thier side to beat WOS. IMO

    After playing Lumberton Red and Nederland White, I don't think they can beat WOS.  They have some fast kids, but they're not WOS fast.  WOS juniors really play as a unified team, too.  Of course, anything can happen in sports.

    They both won.  I didn't catch the score from Lumberton White and LC.  Lumberton Red beat OF.  My son says the score was 46-6.  I didn't check after the game, just wanted to get out of the heat, lol.

    I expect WOS to be fast and aggressive and the junior team was fast and aggressive.  "Good" in relation to other teams is not for me to say since I haven't seen the other teams play yet this year.

  21. PNG vs Friendswood...Wed, Fri, Sat

    Actually, last year when Friendswood beat Central (football), there were quite a few comments on at least one thread where people were saying that one of the "rich daddies" must have bought off the officials.  So, I don't think it's Friendswood claiming to be "rich" on this site at all.

    And having graduated from Friendswood in '86, I'm going to have to tell you that most of my classmates probably looked down on Clear Lake, too, lol.  I've never understood why kids get the big heads about having money...they haven't earned it, their parents did :).

    I'm just happy my hometown and my current town's teams are both going to Regionals!!
