he also went to state prison for dealing crack.... a felony... Would you defend a Klansman like you're defending TurdX? They are one and the same. See, this is one of the major differences in you and me. I'm willing to accept a *change* in a man's life such as George Wallace the obvious racist into George the human being. Whereas, you can accept X's old life as a drug dealer. Once you are able to move on from this old news, then maybe we can start discussing his politics more in detail. We might find that you and I aren't that far apart in agreement. But I won't hold my breath No, once again you are totally wrong. I am totally willilng to accept a change in a person's life. However, TurdX hasn't changed. Just two days ago he vowed to tear Lumberton to the ground. Do you condone that? You didn't answer my question either. Would you today defend the head of the KKK? TurdX is a different side of the same coin as the KKK. QX is not going to tear or burn down down Lumberton. Maybe in a figurtive way such as his burning words of hate towards the town. Would I defend the head of the KKK? Sir, in my lifetime I have ate and conversed with more racist than you ever will in your lifetime. How many have you dined with? I have just replied to one

Hey DOVE X - Live to fight another day! New Black Panthers town hall meeting postponed Scott Lawrence The New Black Panthers have postponed their planned town hall meeting in Silsbee, according to Quanell X, the group's spokesman. The organization had planned the meeting for Thursday night at 6:30 at the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge, MLK and 15th Street in Silsbee, to hear from people who believe they have been mistreated by the Lumberton Police Department. The town hall meeting was to be a followup to Monday's protest in Lumberton of the death of Kevin LaDay. He died on April 30 following a struggle with Lumberton Police who were trying to detain him. The police chief say the officers did nothing wrong. Quanell X and the LaDay family claim LaDay was beaten. An autopsy report is pending the toxicology results. Quanell X told KFDM News a Texas official representing the Prince Hall Masonic Lodges told the local group not to allow him to speak or it would risk losing its charter. . "I didn't want to put them in that situation," Quanell X told KFDM News. "We're actively pursuing another venue as soon as possible."

Good luck..........maybe one day, you will have your own nation, wont pay taxes, and your neighboors will be all the Black criminals that were let out of jail because lack of a fair trial.

The New Black Panthers have scheduled a town hall meeting Thursday night in Silsbee and say they want to hear from people who believe they've been mistreated by the Lumberton Police Department. Monday the New Black Panthers organized a demonstration outside the Lumberton Police Department to protest the death of Kevin LaDay, 35. LaDay's family contends he was beaten by two officers prior to his death Thursday, April 30, an allegation the police chief and other law enforcement officers strongly deny. Many of the people who attended the rally came to show their support for the department. The officers were called to investigate a car in a ditch off Highway 96 near the Village Creek Nursing Center and say they saw LaDay walking near the area. The police chief says the officers were trying to conduct a field sobriety test when LaDay ran away. The chief says there was a struggle and officers had to use a Taser at least once. The chief says LaDay appeared to be okay after the officers were able to handcuff him but he lost consciousness and died at a hospital. An autopsy report is pending toxicology results. The chief says officers acted properly in the way they handled the situation and he expects the investigation and the autopsy report to vindicate them. Thursday's meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge at MLK and 15th Street in Silsbee.

I'm familiar with the case. You also need to point out that he was found innocent of the charges. He was bring in a fugitive to justice. So obviously the man has some sort of sense about the law Nope, he was found guilty of a lesser charge...... Jurors Find Quanell X Guilty Activist Fined $300, Sentenced To Community Service POSTED: Monday, November 15, 2004 UPDATED: 6:19 pm CST November 15, 2004 HOUSTON -- Community activist Quanell X was convicted Monday of fleeing a police officer, a misdemeanor, in connection with the surrender of a police-shooting suspect, Local 2 reported.

I think one of their goals is to make it known that people are aware and watching the progress of the case and won't tolerate any shoddy investigations. Sometimes it's just a necessity to keep a good fix on a potential problem. It is what it is! It is what it is and your sugarcoating it. Crackdealer X is a thug, racist, no two ways about it. Don't try to put lipstick on a pig. Isn't he an ex-crack dealer? Thug? And how is he a racist? Courtesy of thetragichippy: Yeah I don't like #10. Has the feeling of a separtist movement. So you believe that all African Americans should be exempt from taxation, the draft (if it should ever be reinstated), and that all black criminals should be released from their prison cells and put back on the streets, simply because they're black? The idea of Texas's separation from the US was not racially motivated, it was motivated by a big, overbearing, overspending government and the losses of states' rights and firearm rights. It says "should be exempt from ALL TAXATION as long as we are deprived of equal justice......." And if you are referring to Texas' separation back to the Civil War, please don't spread such lies. I was not referring to Texas' secession during the Civil War. I was referring to the recent calls for secession during the "tea parties." So, again, you agree that African Americans should be exempt from taxation? Because of the lack of "equal justice"? Well, then why don't we all just stop filing our taxes? Justice is decided by the jury, and the government does its absolute best to make sure that a fair jury is provided. Isn't that why the lawyers question the jurors and then must approve their placement in the jury before the trial begins? It seems to me that this failsafe would prevent the practice of unequal justice. He's gonna say a white appointed attorney would not be fair representing a black person. :

I'll make this as clean as possible An article(from 2004) showing the big ole brain on Quanell X: A judge decided Monday that police had sufficient reason to believe civil rights organizer Quanell X was trying to evade arrest earlier this month as he was bringing a shooting suspect to the police station for surrender. Quanell X maintains that he thought the police were surrounding his car with lights and sirens as a form of official escort to the downtown police station, where he was expected to bring the fugitive. In a courtroom packed with activists including several young men wearing military-style New Black Panther Party uniforms, prosecutors showed a police video of Quanell X driving a black Hummer in front of a patrol car, with its police lights and sirens activated, for more than a mile. Quanell X was arrested June 11 as he attempted to turn in Derrick Forney. Forney was wanted for the shooting of a Houston police officer.

Don't try to put lipstick on a pig. I've tried a few chemistry projects in my day that I probably shouldnt have does that make me a thug or crackdealer? NO, dealing crack and being convicted of selling crack, and going to prison for dealing crack makes you a thug and a crack dealer. So once a racist-always a racist? Remember, George Wallace repented his old racist ways. Surely an ex crack dealer can do the same. I'm sure you can be an ex-crack dealer or an ex-racist. But he is not an ex-racist. He is a RACIST. Did you not read the 10 demandments?? Did you not hear his speech? I also heard(disclaimer: not sure if its true) that the Ladays family PAID him to come to Lumberton. So again, he is preying on the weak, taking their money, and probably putting them in a worse position than they were originally!

Hey Raider, I plan on posting the number of boats/anglers on a daily basis. No point in making them post in two different locations...... I have not received a message from you yet. Are you going to fish it? If so, I need to know. If everyone waits till the last minute, it probably won't become a reality.

Here's what we got. We are still working on the rules, payouts and entry fee's, but here is what we have and what we need. 1. $25.00 Entry fee per boat - one or two people (one person must be SETXSPORTS member & 18YO) 2. Date is May 30th 3. Location will be Mill Creek or Twin Dikes. More than likely Mill Creek. 4. Time will probably be 6:00am - 2:00PM. 5. We will have a big bass pot, separate $5.00 or $10.00 if you want to participate. 6. Winner will be largest stringer, with a max of 5 fish. (this could change if someone has a better idea) 7. Regular bass tournament rules apply, more details to come. To determine payouts and places, we need to know how many fisherman we will have in this tournament. If you want (and CAN) fish this Tournament, please send me a personal message telling me you can fish it and if you have a partner. Try to do this as soon as possible. The quicker I get this information, the quicker TVC and I can nail this thing down with the rules and the payouts. Thanks and looking forward to a great tourney!

Maybe. It is going to be 10 people in five boats or is it going to be 10 posters with some bringing friends/relatives and maybe have 8 boats? I think you can have a decent tournament that is really just for fun with a few boats. A maximum of five (especially with a no show bringing it to four) may be a different issue. I have fished a tournament with seven boats and it was fun and still competitive. If I get to fish it I would like to fish with my son-in-law. He is not a poster. The 31 ST is my wedding anniversary but I still may be able to get away for one day on the 30 TH. That day is only 4 weeks away so if this is going to become a reality then the details need to be finalized. Will there be an entry fee or are we just fishing for fun. What about prizes and the weigh in. All these things need to be finalized. Agreed............This is what I was thinking. $25.00 per boat (or per person, up for debate). If we do fresh, pay top 3. 100% of the money goes to winners. Largest stringer of 5 fish(bass). We could also have a $5.00 or $10.00 pot for the largest bass. TVC....what ya think?
