OF won the first meeting by 8.  I expect this one to be just as close if not closer.  Should be a good game.
Coach Tidwell has put together a really good team.  I hope he continues to do so for next year.  This team is one or two players short of a playoff run.  Just my opinion :)
You got any eligibility left?

Nice win!!  Good Luck in the playoffs!
why was she suspended?
Team Rules!

Congrats Lady Jags and Coach Fontenot.  She is a class act.  Best of luck in the playoffs!

That stretch in the middle, Coldspring, Jasper, Silsbee, WOS!!!  :o
WOS 57 HF 56 was the score.
Crazy, serious question.  What happened to HF this year?  I expected them to be in playoffs for sure and even have a chance to compete for the district championship.

The ladies played well on the road tonight.  It was well worth the trip to Nacogdoches!

Lost 92-77 to UCA.  UCA shot 45 free throws to Lamar's 14!!!!  Darika Hill and Kalis Loyd foul out.  Plummey and Smith had 4 fouls also. stats             LU     UCA Field goals   30-65 46.2%      24-53 45.3% 3-point FGs 10-25 40.0% 9-22 40.9% Free throws 7-14 50.0% 35-45 77.8% Reb (O-D) 28 (8-20)   46 (14-32) Turnovers     16          16 Last FG 2nd-03:11   2nd-03:19 Large lead 5 (1st-18:42) 15 (1st-09:37)
That was the exact quote, except it had OF at the end, from someone from HF when the game was in OF.
We are beginning to feel like to Rodney Dangerfields of 21-3A.  Can't get any respect, even on our home court. ;D I am suprised Cat22 could remember posts that far back.
Well you said we win at home because we have help from officials.  I don't think anyone from OF will forget your accusations.

The ladies had a rough 1st half, but got it going the 2nd.  I was disappointed in the crowd today, I thought it would be much larger.  I don't know what else this team has to do to get the support they deserve!!

Orangefield - 45 WOS - 34

All of their home conference games on Saturday are at 2.  Not sure why, but I think it's been that way for a few years now.
I hear Hayes will try to give it a go. Would love to hear what beeninnikes has to say but he's too busy polishing Slocum's trophy. Edit: Gary Stelly will carry the game: www.kogt.com
That's funny about beeninnikes!!

Tickets to the Women's game this Saturday against UTSA are only $1.  Tipoff is at 2:05.  This is a big game for the ladies as UTSA is only one game behind the Lady Cardinals in the standings.  Lets give them a large homecourt advantage this Saturday.

Very true.  Game is at 2:05 Saturday.

Very good crowd tonight, the biggest of the season.  This Saturday tickets are $1.  No excuse not to go.  Lets pack it.  This will be a very big game for the ladies and they deserve the support!!
You could always name it after somebody that lives in Bridge City  ;) ;)
I dont know anyone that lives in BC!

Better yet we could name it after an Orangefield grad and call it the Gary Stelly Pressbox!

Oh thats too bad, I already started a petition to name it the "Van Wade Pressbox"!!
