Those girls have nothing to be ashamed of. They had a great three year run that I hope will continue. Also tonight I talked to Chelsea's older sister and told her I hope she goes to Lamar. I would love Courtney Wilson to show up there too. There are changes on the way at LU and these girls would help.

I'll throw out my stats my senior year in '98, .666 batting average with 1 strikeout. Maybe I should mention I tore my hamstring and only batted three times in the season with a gimp leg. My hits were vs. HJ and Deer Park (broke up a no no when we were getting crushed) with my one K vs BC in our last regular season game after fouling off like 5 or 6 pitches. Until then Jesse Cooksey said I would go down as the only player in PN-G varsity history to hit 1.000.

I will go with Lumberton but I can tell you Coach Wilson was not happy after this one and I can understand. The Lady Raiders looked a little relaxed in the second half and I probably would have been too with a 40-17 lead. If they can play a entire game like they did the first half I smell Austin. I would also like to say in all the games I've been to this year I'm loving the girls game over the guys. I know Gabe would agree with me, good luck to all the ladies in the playoffs.

Orangefield owned these girls, disrespect or not. In warmups me and Gabe said the girls don't know what they're about to get into. Those Lady Cat would be unstoppable if they had a big girl down low. Even though they don't I think this district will end up eliminating itself in the end.

Last year we visited the one in Orlando, and HOOTERS #1 in Clearwater, Justin DeYoung was in heaven. At the Phillies park in the Clearwater the ball girls are Hooter girls and there is a Hooter picnic area there. Problem this time around is my girl might be going and she's not the biggest fan of the place.

I BEE-lieve I'll be in Florida March 12-16 to cover Spring Training WOOHOO!
