Last season's Dayton team may have been a bit stronger than this year's team. They have three tough games ahead of them, including Willow Ridge, regardless of the current WR district W-L record. I'm discounting the homecoming factor, though. I'll say this, though, the Dayton QB has a good arm and throws a pretty pass. When throwing on the run he loses more than a little oomph; and in the 2nd half he (and his coach) was trying to force things, understandably.

Anyway, it's always a good game, PNG and Dayton. My only complaint I think, was the length and slow speed of the concession stand line on the visitor side.

Daytons QB  is only a 10th grader he will be a monster when he's a Sr.

Homecoming + Friday the 13th = Double Whammy on the home team.

Hate to tell you Friday 13th works just as much in our favor as is does yours- and l bet our practices are just as intense as yours.Pretty sure nether  team needs any bulletin board material to get up for this game I know Broncos don't -being  the underdog with their backs against the wall.  Safe trip to our purple friends across the river!

  4. PNG difently the odds on favorite to win and the more consistent  and proven team. Also want to give credit where credit is due on a sensational run to State last season-most impressive !  If I was a Pickems  guy I would pick PNG  ( defense will probably shut us down),but the Broncos have the potential to make this a competitive game. GO BRONCOS!

I honestly can’t make a prediction on this one….. even though it was against galena park the play calling was better this week but the 1st quarter for Dayton was some of the ugliest football I’ve seen in awhile. If the right Dayton team shows up with decent play calling and they get the right players involved early I think Dayton can make this interesting, if not it could get ugly.

Have to agree its pretty obvious we have enough talent to compete and beat most teams but the play calling is going to be the X factor.  Hopefully Nations will be watching from the bleachers.

I expected a closer game,  were there lots of turnovers??

I Need  to  re-watch  the game I  missed half  of it . From what I  saw Dayton dominated and had a couple of pics one for six .Broncos have a very good stable of receiver's and when were not throwing our young QB is running for over 2/3 's of our tds.SF had no answer for him .
