Potential CC and Refugio matchup in the playoffs with CC going to region 4👀 would love to see it!

If numbers are d1 I’d see them going in district 9 with Crockett and trinity. If d2 I’d say probably district 12 to offset the heavy southeast area teams giving new waverly another team west of 59 in the mix

I’ve always said I really think they would field a competitive team too. They have a ton of skill types kids and there’s some big boys walking the halls there too. Don’t they have 3a d1 numbers?

Marlin has been similar to hearne for a while they are usually loaded with athletes both schools usually top ranked in basketball year in and out but on the football field have struggled to play defense and special teams and lacked sync.

Marlin was way down last year I think they went 2-8 or 1-9 but could have just been young I don’t know much about them. Outside of them and hearne im unfamiliar with everyone in that district should be interesting and Crockett, madisonville, college station would all be on the table everyone in our district and in 13 is due west of us!

Yes sir they are in the district of doom in 12. District 13 in region 4 that we are paired with consists of Bruceville-Eddy, Hearne, Moody, Granger, Marlin, Rosebud-Lott, and thorndale. Don’t know much about any of those teams I know hearne has had decent teams In the past and so has marlin and rosebud Lott but they’ve all been pretty down lately. Definitely a much better chance of getting out of the first round than the district we’ve been getting paired with the last 4 seasons!

Correct this isn’t possible we are in region 4 now we will be paired up with district 13 region 4 for playoffs we are district 14 region 4 and I do believe your correct Hemphill won’t win a district game or quite possibly a game period this season.
