Nederland has the toughest strength of schedule left.  Hopefully we can win out, but PNG and GCM will be tough.  Rooting for my DOGS!!!!!  Good luck to all teams though.  :)

If we win against PNG and GCM wiins against Vidor then we are tied for 1st with GCM.  So it's not settled yet .... right?  

How does your team look for 2015? ....isn't that what the title of this thread is?  Voice your opinion about your team, quit responding to the Crosby posters if you don't like what they are saying....they will figure it out when they don't get the attention they are looking for.  Honestly, been going on since December .... smh ..... come on people!

First --- what is a seer fact ?
Second --- its only been 10 days since Nederland played a game not a month! Check the batteries on you pocket calculator!
Third --- Why am I still commenting on a Football thread --- Honestly, I Love High School football and will pull for any team within 100 miles to make it , and that's for the kids including Crosby. But that doesn't mean I have to like or agree with all the statements fans post.

Well..  please do tell us.  What does it feel like to make it to the big dance?

Love all of the mouthing from a district that hardly ever sniffs the 3rd round.  With the exception of Dayton.  LOL.

This is my daughters Senior year. The next four years will fly by. High school ball has been a lot of fun. Its different than travel. She has been very fortunate to play with the girls she has. Go Lady Bears

Same here, my daughter is a Freshman at Nederland .... I can't wait till this season gets started!

It went by so fast, blew in and out like a cold front. This season gave us many thrills from beginning to end. Who would of thought Nederland would start 0-3. Memorial would not be in playoffs, WOS sensational Qb. The goalline stand by the Bulldogs over Central, or the streak ending by GCM over my Bulldogs.  Coach Suggs pulling Ozen backup to the playoffs, hailmary to give Memorial a lil heartbeat. Indians 3 yards short of the overtime show for the first Bum Phillips Trophy. This year gave us 21-5A talk of Gods, and now get a chance to face up with 22-5A. HJ playing ball and HF in the playoffs. Thanks to the kids who balled out for our excitement, and to all seniors who are moving on. And to end this WE ARE STILL DISTRICT CHAMPS!

For all you players that read these posts...pay no attention to the "man behind the curtain". These posts are written by armchair quarterbacks, armchair coaches, those with loads of wisdom and knowlege for the game, others...not so much. Fanatics that impose violence, those that make peace and just enjoy sharing their thoughts. Those that have played the game, those that never played. Truth is, we all just have our opinions but none of this should matter to you come gametime. Thank you for your hard work and dedication that entertains us all weekly. Give 110% this weekend and win or lose, hold your head high knowing you have given your all with no regrets left on the field. Play with courage, dignity, and good sportsmanship. We pray that the rest of your season is injury free, succesful, and that you enjoy the rest of your season. Thanks again for giving Southeast Texas football fans so much to talk about.

Funny story for the Mid County Folks...... Having never lost to Ned in my High School career, one might say I tend to get extremely aggravated when we lose, especially what feels like for 20 years now (Actually 5). Anyway, Im leaving the game with my brother and nephew, and my nephew is trying to talk to me about something, and Im halfway listening due to the fact im upset...... So about this time I hear..... All I do is win win win, being played by the Nederland band....... So i went from mad to a little chuckle...... I thought, these guys are not only prepared on the field, but the band practiced a new song for the victory.... Turned my frown upside down.... LOL.. SO to the Nederland band, I say Thanks.

One day you PNG people will simply judge your team for what they bring to the field and not compare what others do against Nederland. Nice of you all to put Nederland so high up as a measuring stick for your team. lol,,,,,I just see Central loaded with talent and athletes. My score pick is not a knock against PNG it's more out of respect for what Central can put on th field,,,,they have serious talent, more than PNG and that really is not meant as a knock against PNG. You are right, Central will probably give up a charity touchdown late in the game.

Best quote on this all to long thread... Neumann has created a program that is just better than everyone else in the district... And that's the bottom line... You can build a indoor facility, a new stadium, and wear 30 different uniforms... But at the end of the day numbers don't lie... 1-5..... Sleep on that for a while.... I've watched our practices and they are by no means anything like a Nederland practice... It shows... Mental toughness, team work, and good coaching go a long way. Keeping your coaching staff in tact as well goes a long way.. Don't be surprised if this streak last longer than expected.....

Neumann showed once again that he is by far the best coach around.. Kind of a shame to say it, but he might be better than Hooks. Dan was always loaded with crazy talent, Neumann tends to win and adjust to whatever talent he has.. Seay showed tonight why he is the best QB in the district. I would tend to think after getting momentum for the first time in the night that a ONSIDE kick is extremely bonehead.. But the BF lovers will soon forget about that. It seems PNG fans are fine with losing to Nederland year in year out. But as long as we make it to the playoffs all is forgotten. I laugh because every year you hear wait till those sophomores get up there, or wit till those freshman get up there... Guess what?? It's the same result.. However I will say congrats to Nederland. Class act.... I will also say as I watched the final minutes from the fence, I'm ashamed to see the student section throwing all kinds of stuff on the field in defeat... The faculty and principles where out trying to clean the mess up ? That's from my own eyes.. So people posting about how that didn't happen open up your eyes... It did happen and it's a shame....... 4 undefeated DC in a row is a great feat. Hopefully in the future PNG can step up and win one... Until then Nederland fans if I where you I would enjoy the next year and talk all the trash you want because honestly...... You deserve it...
