  1. the guys who bring the horn will still bring it regardless of what they say. they will get thrown out of the stadium before that would leave it outside. so it'll be there don't worry!

But at whose expense? Could the team incurr penalties for the fan's use of an air horn, or train horn?

I agree the horn needs to be there, but at what price? What about setting it up just outside the stadium?

Oh, you guys are crackin' me up!!  :D

'Coach Mike' told me yesterday that he spoke to one of the school maintenance guys at Stallworth, and that he said to tell everyone planning to tailgate to be sure and set up OUTSIDE the yellow poles (I believe he said along the main road to the stadium), that is where they tell everyone to set up.

  3. Why don't you go over to the coogs sportsnet site and ask him?

I would just think he would be busy working on his A game instead of playin' on the computer and posting smack on the Raiders' MySpace pages. I could be wrong. We don't mind him being overly cocky.  :)

Personally, I think that MySpace and all of these message boards are the last place any of the players need to be looking right now.

    ATTENTION RAIDER NATION:

Last week was great so let’s keep up the steam..........

We would like to send the Raiders off to La Marque with an L-TRAIN Lane. The bus is scheduled to leave the field house at 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon. It would be great if we can paint our cars and trucks, faces or whatever else you want and lets form a human L-TRAIN Lane using our vehicles and bodies side by side to form a lane all the way from the field house to the intersection of Hwy 69 to show support for the players as they depart.

You can stand beside your vehicles, make as much noise as you can and then join in the convoy to Stallworth Stadium in Baytown. Upon reaching the stadium, we propose that you all circle or park close enough to the bus to make some more noise as the MIGHTY RAIDERS depart the bus for the field house, then you can park regularly and enjoy the tailgate party that is tentatively planned to start around 3 p.m. (Tailgater organizers are leaving town early).

In addition, thanks to the Lumberton Fire/EMS Department, we are hoping to escort the players back to Raider Stadium student parking lot with red lights and sirens to let the community know we are coming home. Last Friday around Mid-night, we did the same and it was awesome. Let’s keep the L-TRAIN running FULL STEAM AHEAD all the way to STATE!!!
