If it makes you feel better huffman completing td passes against 8 in coverage
Actually does. Ty for the update. 16 should be qb, and should of been since week one!

Waited all year for us to use our D1 kicker!! Get him in game reps, besides kickoff and extra point

If huffman wants to score faster.... just switch to the slot t 2nd half.
Not sure that would work. Not sure our coaches are on same page. Accountability needs to be had across the board.

Apologies, I’m not at game, but I pray we are letting our seniors finish out what might be their last game tonight!

Goodluck tonight Boys!!! Play fast and hard, leave it all on the field!

"Not all kids in Huffman have a nice easy life"? Sounds familiar, like I was raised there or something. Also, sounds like every school I have ever coached.
I wonder how those coaches you described ever made it this far? Were they coaching last year? Did they forget how to coach this year? Or were they always bad coaches (in the closet), and no one knew it till this year?
I’ve never really been vocal in Huffman, been here for a good while, but I feel things need to change!

Again just my opinion, New HC should have more oversight like last HC! I understand he has alot on his plate I don’t fault him, in fact actually think he’s a great coach and man. But hate to see kids love for the game lost. I feel more should be done to not loose kids that are on the edge. I understand y’all have a job and can’t save all kids but y’all should know these boys/girls look up to y’all and come home wondering what coach thinking of me, etc. so don’t turn away from them.

HH wont be able to pick up blitz hopefully our qb ( which should have started day one) wont get killed again. LCM will run it obviously like every team that watch film on us.. so our only D is to score more. Again we have decent players and somewhat of a game plan, but wrong personnel.

Understood. You should watch some film as it happens frequently. Many centers have 45-50 good snaps and 3 bad snaps in a game. The other teams 0/1 techs can also influence the quality of the snap as well. What do you do if the other 4 OL cant snap or dont want to do it because they know what it entails?
Very few can jump from one of the other positions and immediately "snap" better than someone who has been snapping all year. Most programs try to groom C from an early age.
Center is a very tough position, I can’t understand why Huffman moved away from the center at beginning of season because of a few bad snaps. I am very fluent in football especially O line, and this years OLine coach should be held accountable! If he has free reign. If not then the HC/AD should’ve held accountable..

Probably holding those SRs "accountable".
Coaches need to be held accountable also!! They are human just like everyone else, and make bad decisions and have poor judgement! Not all kids in Huffman have a easy nice life! H.S. Football has kids involved so it’s not all about winning! It’s about molding young men for the future imo. Winning is nice though, but when your a kid trying everything he’s got to please your coach and they turn their back on you, really sad. I honestly hope these men ( coaches) understand what power they wield. I see a trend this year 5 seniors left before season to Dayton, few more quit during, and I feel that’s on the coaches!!!

The fact y’all had new Coaches gave me hope. Old Coach had defending the Slot T down pat, ergo y’all beat us every year. I was hoping new Coach may not - and he didn’t.
And no, personnel wise y’all were good. Perhaps not quite the Falcons of the past, but still, good. If the old Coach had this group, y’all would be in the hunt for the DC - Jmo. And yes, y’all still have a chance at playoffs (I think). Good luck with that.
Our new HC was our former D coordinator! He will have to now be a boss to coaches he’s been buddies with the past years. It a hard thing to do but only kids suffer when position coaches dont have the oversight and can do what they want without repercussions.

LCM need not worry bout this one I think! I think our coaches trying to get ready for next year. Pretty good seniors on sideline and they refuse to use entire team to get a team win. Sad days In Huffman. I feel someone needs to be held accountable. If not it’s only going to continue.

Definitely our coaches cannot evaluate talent. Making a game plan for the week is one thing, but installing the correct personnel is another. This is where I believe Huffman will be Huffman unless our HC holds his coaches accountable. We were definitely down this year, but in my opinion we shouldn’t be this bad. We have decent players! Just not guided correctly. We should of made playoffs!! We still can, but I doubt it!

The qb could definitely throw it
Yes he could, and he wasn’t the day one starter this year🤔. Wonder what those coaches were thinking this year. I feel we could of pulled out a few more wins, or closer games if those coaches were kept in check this year!!!!

Good Job Lumberton!! Hope one day Hargrave coaches start using y’all as a template, and learn how to evaluate talent. If not I think Hargrave gonna be hurting.
