I would say more folks are paying attention!  The majority of their players are the same kids from last year. The difference is 2nd year Coach Allen and his staff has changed the culture in Kville!  The kids have bought in!  Their attitudes have changed and right now they are rollin!  Everyone in district better take notice. Not the same BC team LCM is use to!

BC stopped Buna’s running game. Their guys up front disrupted the back field the entire game, causing the QB to scramble and costly penalties on Buna. BC is very disciplined on the defensive side of the ball. Their secondary contested every pass as well. BC could cause some problems in their district. #55 is a beast at DE.  Good luck trying to block him.

I believe both teams are better than they were last year. BC will have a tough time stopping Buna’s run game. When they stack the front their QB will burn them. It will be a good game. I do not think BC wants a shootout. 

Where do these stats come from?  Buna lost 2 players and 1 was DH’d for all year. They beat Shiro the past 2 years and took CH 3 games with a depleted/injured pitching staff. Just an outsider looking in!  Not where you start, but where you finish.

First post I have ever seen speaking the truth about their home team. Refs were definitely a factor against Buna.  Not saying Buna would have won, but….!  I’m not from either place, but worst I have ever seen in my 35 years of watching HS football. 

This is not the 1st or 2nd district Kinne has be released from his duties. Buna is not the problem. Wins and loses have ZERO to do with it. Let’s move on

He was the leader of a very young team. He was 2-2 as the opening game starter. He led the team at the plate as well. Buna had 3 freshman and 3 sophomores that started last year. They will be deep in pitching again this year. We will see how it plays out. 

Buna is 18th and Anahuac is 21st. That’s 3 teams in top 25 out of the same district-including Woodville-10th

Good game-A little sloppy on both sides. Buna was without their starting guard-Covid

The game was close from the opening kick. Yes, the EC qb is a stud, but his injury late in the game was not the reason the game was close.
