Fun fact, my old man was a big part of that 76-77 team that went to the Quarter Finals for Longview pine tree, he just posted his letterman on facebook reliving the old glory days. Plans to attend the Crosby game Friday and wear blue and gold for his Alma mater while "secretary" rooting for the Dogs on Saturday!
Funny thing he asked my wife if we could make a replica shirt of his old jacket because he believes it may have "shrunk" throughout the years lmao!

I just checked the stats on the Huntsville/ Nac game and Hornets has 185 yards total offense. Their QB had a 39% completion percentage if you can believe the stats online. BH just needs to find a way to move the ball on the Hornets and not let their defense set them up in short yardage. In other words don’t play offense like you did in the Crosby game! Whats your thoughts on this one?
I watched them play Friday and Montgomery lake creek gave them all they could handle untill well into the 3rd quarter then began makeing costly mistakes. In my opinion Texas High is much like fort bend Marshall, having a great record with little to no wins over quality teams besides Pine tree who just won over A&M consolidated.
My thoughts they are over hyped like FBM and this Friday will find out soon enough at Records mean nothing once playoffs are in full swing.
I'm going with my Coogs 42-21

Great job dogs, Crosby came out incredibly flat and yall took complete advantage! Said earlier turnovers are key and it proved accurate.
Best thing that came from this meaningless game was the fact that both teams go home healthy. Good luck in playoffs and represent!

I honestly see it more of a 42-21 type of game. Back and forth through most of the 1st-2nd Q and takeing off midway through the 3rd and never looking back. Nothing against the dogs but after watching a little film today this is my take on things. Just don't come into the game thinking you have it in the bag like Barbers Hill did and it should be a fun competition! As allways im wishing for a injury free game from both sides.
