That being said, a fantastic regular season 41-13 and 17-7 in conference. I have to be honest, I didn’t think they could do it with Davis leading them. Thankfully I was wrong

Now Cardinals, you have to get it done in the tournament or unfortunately sit at the house with an excellent record

Razor that comment was made because when they look improved, Bulldog fans usually start posting within 5 minutes after the scrimmage or game. I made that is jest due to no responses in hours after the scrimmage Certainly glad to see they are getting better coaching and look better 

As far as the other posters that simply try and out me down, why did you simply state your thoughts on the scrimmage.   If you were not there like me I apologize to you. If you were at the scrimmage simply post how you thank it went like a couple of posters did

I simply asked a question, since at the time of my post no one had reported how the spring game went and that was about 11pm. I did not think my post was negative, simply asking a question.

Of course instead of getting an answer on how it went, we get all this half empty and negative comments reactions.  However, I do thank the 2 or 3 post on how they thought the scrimmage went, especially the better coaching comments and the changing of some positions to help the Dogs this coming season

Didn’t see any reports, which leads me to believe they didn’t look too good

Couldn’t get it done today in 3-0 loss to Nichols. Very important last series at NO   a sweep may be necessary to avoid a 1st place tie with Nichols. Let’s get it done Cardinals 

Win tonight 9-7 in extras. Back up to 2 game lead. Need to win tomorrow the top 2 teams in the SLC are having a very good series

Unfortunately he is the only quality pitcher Nederland has. Hopefully they can make it to game 3. Just do not seem to play well vs Friendswood

Dana Brown did not do a very good job in the off season with trying to get a better pitching staff. It is certainly showing now. Some should have been replaced after last season IMO

I certainly think if it is an in season varsity sport, the players should be allowed to miss all contact in football spring training. Yes be there and watch and learn, but no contact unless it is the player’s choice

I would think that Friendswood and Santa Fe are both very good. There has to be a mistake in their standings. You have Friendswood playing 12 district games and the other teams playing 10. This is the last week of district so all teams have had to play 12

Hit the ball much better today and another solid win after a bad 9th inning hiccup last night. Now go take the series tomorrow 

You are absolutely correct They still face the better teams in the conference and for some reason has always struggled with A&M CC and Nichols. Hopefully this year will be different and hopefully a couple of sweeps at home vs UIW and Northwestern. They have a very good chance if the pitching continues to perform well. Good luck Cards
