1. Been deleted once so I will try to stay calm. Bottom line those men do more in a season then most of you guys will do in a lifetime. You have a problem with Jeff then quit hiding behind past pirate, or past pirate 88, or realville and go talk to him, bet you don’t have the guts to.
2. First of all, you guys wh want to get rid of the oc that just a couple years ago won a disrict title are wack jobs that have no clue. Secondly, coach Mathews is one of the best if not the best of getting the most out of their kids. Third the D.C. and the defense has been outstanding all year. I would love to have all those guys on my staff. So you guys complaining can piss off. Go pirates and their real fans.
3. Bottom line he reported the thefts multiple times to the administration and they did nothing, and now they want to throw a man under the bus for trying to protect his players from the worst kind of person...A THIEF..
4. Bisd teachers allowed 85 dollars a night on over night trips unless you are a saveat
5. That's a lot better than the one hundred thousand ozen spent at their state tournament under the leadership of mr butch caroll Thomas.
6. I thought vidor played pretty well. They need to tackle better, but overall they beat a very good wos team. I think both teams will be okay.
7. The problem is that the head of the UIL had a meeting with all bisd coaches in the spring about rule infractions. HE specifically addressed 7 on 7 participation, and what coaches could and could not do. He basically warned them as well as the athletic director. I know those two coaches were not hired yet , but it is the job of the athletic director to oversee his coaches.
8. Seems to be credible to me. That site just reported it first. Hard to dispute photo evidence.
9. He puts all athletes on offense and tries to outscore you..Will be fun to watch..
10. dubois is the choice and will do a great job.

I understand not all can get signed, but the BEST one in the area has me baffled.
Despite what Vidor fans think Montana isn't and wasn't the best player in the area. Recruiters have told y'all what I've been saying all along. Should he have won the offensive award? I think 1881 yards on 192 carries and 33 tds says yes, and he was well deserving. He had good defensive numbers for his position but there was a player from Nederland, Ozen (not Tony Brown), and WOS who had better numbers for their positions even though they didn't stand out like Montana's tackle numbers or his 3 picks. I'm not going to name them because I'm sure that will take us on another tangent. Just take the emotion out of it and ask what position does he actually play? He wasn't a better pure qb than Mitchell and Lamar signed him as an athlete. He wasn't a better pure rb than Glenn Roberts and he went D2. He not a better pure lb than Garrett Dolan (BH) and all he could get was an upstart HBU offer. With his measurables he needs to stand out in something besides heart which the recruiters have clearly told you he doesn't. Great high school football player but don't let the numbers he ran up in a gimmick offense sway y'all into thinking he's the best player in the Triangle because the guys that base their mortgage payments on evaluating high school players have definitively told you otherwise.  * I agree with whoever said he's going on a mission because he didn't get any worthwhile offers. BYU has the oldest team in the NCAA because of this but Quirante didn't even have a rivals page whereas the twins had one since they were sophomores and Raelon Singleton has one after one year of varsity football. Forget 20-4a, that's what the rest of the state thinks.
by the way the guys that base their mortgage payments as you say didn't win at barbers hill and was 0-20 at warren as head coaches... be careful what you say
I respect and believe you are entitled to your opinion....but don't forget that he beat your twins head up with a lot of help from a team that was not supposed to win. You can give all the rival recruiting crap you want...but they get it wrong most of the time...Go back and look at the transfer rate of all the big name 3,4,5 star athletes...The measurments on montana are not over whelming, but the bottom line is the guy is a football player along with kids from ned, central, ozen, lcm, png, and other 20-4a schools.  I think the twins are great and hope they do well, but I also think Montana as well as other 20-4a kids deserve a shot.
13. really...what games did you watch. he did all his against supposedly d1 talent ...collings...brown...and so on ...no doubt a little under sized but so is a lot of athletes that CAN PLAY
14. But they sold the program coming back on giving local guys a shot....
15. While I am on this, we decided to sign athletes that get KICKED out of other schools instead. Local guys is what the selling point was to bring this program back. This is what they tried to sell to me.
