The more time passes, the more truth comes out. Almost daily we're hearing about the lies. It comes from the same institutions that forced the vaccine mandate on us. We were being played from the start of this nonsense. It was all a plan. Looking back at some of the crazy conspiracies that are now being revealed as truth. One has to wonder, what else? Hmmmm. The war in Ukraine? Unidentified aerial phenomenon? Epstein's suicide? The list goes on and on. They know, that we know, that they know. And they know we want answers. So they give us what they want us to know.

That was one of the most questionable mistakes. I would've never got in the police car. "Pops call the lawyer and we'll meet him down there if they show back up with a warrant. And while you wait, make sure to remove yourself from my property." Might not have worked out. But at least I wouldn't be a case study. BTW. As a youth during spring break, which is this week lol, some kids in the neighborhood decided to do a lil vandalism. We thought we were smart about it. But didn't know that one of the kids was already on juvenile probation. After people stated noticing things, the law was called out. They went straight to his house. His mom let them walk right in the house. Then they started searching his room. They found other things that had nothing to do with what we were doing that weekend. So after that, they come knock on my door. My dad kick my @.. outta bed and says the police need to talk to you. Get your But outside and tell the truth. Long story short, we faced charges for the other stuff they found as well. Funny thing is that guy is still 1 of my best friends.

I think that is the plan. To develop D1 talent on Offense. Think the problem with the Defense was the coaches were not familiar with it. They tried it and it didn't work. Let's see how well they adapt with a year under their belt. 🧢 -

That was the key to the whole thing. I guess if there was kilos sitting on the coffee table then that was on them.

Yes I agree with the state supreme court. They should be right to throw out the evidence. But it does seem like a trick question. Kinda like @Hagar's riddle. Now after reading the your answer, I think even more so. I'd argue that LE definitely had the right to kick in the door. But what they find needs to be what they're looking for. The "suspected" dealer. Are we not innocent until proven guilty? All evidence in the case against the occupants of the apartment should be thrown out. Makes sense to me

Well, this could be educational and entertaining. I watched a couple Law & Order episodes. New York laws aren't the same as the Lone Star State. I'll side with the state on this one... unlawful entry. LE was looking for someone else and had no search warrant???

State Rep files bill to change 6A playoff divisions
WOSdrummer99 replied to WOSdrummer99's topic in High School Football
Here's my idea for 7A. Take largest 64 schools. 8 districts 8 teams. Everyone makes the playoffs. That would make the other 12 divisions even at about 120 schools. No more 4 team districts. Makes all the divisions closer between the max and min too. -

That's a good one. If a team just stopped making the playoffs that stat would be frozen though. Wonder who tops that all time list? I started with the list of most championships (min 4) Playoff Win % Championships - School 0.8158 6 - LAKE TRAVIS 0.8113 9 - KATY 0.8041 11 - ALEDO 0.7935 8 - SOUTHLAKE CARROLL 0.7740 8 - CELINA 0.7557 8 - MART 0.7521 9 - CARTHAGE 0.7500 5 - G.P. I also read the entire investigation and court proceedings. I respect your opinion on this. My opinion is that mistakes were made. Department policies were not followed by Arnold. He was later terminated after being reinstated. Whitehead's family settled out of court. So something was wrong. Murders of other people across the nation by LEO have changed many things. If this happened today, perhaps a different outcome. Better to take the chance with a racist judge than the one with gun pointed at your chest. "You just shot me.” Arnold’s reply—“I damn sure did shoot you” -

Winningest programs in Texas High School Football history
WOSdrummer99 replied to dme1111's topic in High School Football
I've seen this posted here too. Now after the past 3 seasons, I think we still belong on the list of 25. But would you still have us in the top 5? We just had our 2nd sub .500 season. We're getting closer to that 50 year mark which will be in 2026. By then we should have another set of back to backs. And be moving up the list. I know it sounds crazy right. Hooks took 6 years to win his 1st of 2 Cornel, 5 years for the same thing. Our new elite coach will win in only 4 years, 2025. And go back to back in 26. But I predict another in 27. Making him the first coach to win 3 here. -

The win% page does not line up correctly with the team and the info to the side. Use the Season Records. PNG 631-367-33 = .612 -

This is also true. "Some" and "usually" are hard to argue against. But as the original post stated, better to fight in the court room with paper and pen than against the guy with a rifle around his body. I've not seen a defendant approach the bench and be gunned down in front of a jury. I have seen off duty officer shoot a man dead in the chest at point blank range for words. Words, not actions. I still believe the majority of officers have the best intentions. Some just have a bad day, or attitude, or any number of other things that could affect the spilt-second decision to end a life with one squeeze of the trigger. Once again, a judge with a grudge has never been charged with murder because of actions inside their courtroom. I could be wrong, but it's more common on the streets. -
