Doesn’t matter if the fans are happy, as long as the school board is. the attendance at wos games is pitiful. We used to travel very well to away games. I was at the Nederland game and I bet there wasn’t 300 people there. And that was just a short drive to mid county!

that’s unreal! I had no idea. Blows me completely away. All our athletic programs used to be so competitive. Sad situation how things have gotten so low.

I guess I’m late to the table, but I just now realized what y’all may be talking about. Is that the volleyball team that hasn’t won a game (until last week) since 2021?

I guess with the Stangs losing and Southlake Carroll winning last night they shaved some more off the narrow lead that WOS had. Hate to be a pessimist but with the schedule ahead of them I’d say by the time district gets here WOS won’t be the leader anymore

Thanks. Just bought mine. still not used to these online tickets. I realize it’s more convenient for folks cause you can buy anytime but I miss going to the athletic office to buy them. Always ran into others there that I only would know from going to the games and we’d get the chance to talk about the past weeks game and the upcoming one. Plus you never knew when you’d run into one of the coaches and get to have a little conversation with him. It was just more personal back then.
