I understand what you are saying TVC, but can you look at someone and tell they are a thief, committed adultery, etc, etc.  Pretty easy to tell the difference between a gay couple and non gay couple.   there is a difference in committing a sin and continually practicing a sin.  WE ALL HAVE COMMITTED SINS

:Most people don't like it when others tell them they are wrong based on the scripture and therefore the offended will say to the Christian "that's a real Christian thing to do."  "what a hypocrite" etc etc.   Truth will hurt.....are you willing to see the truth or will you continue in your path?   Narrow is the gate.  You can hate it all you want.  You can twist the words all you want.  You can blame others all you want.  You can name call all you want.  But where does that get you........

JV Coach....I refer back to another topic......media/technology does not help.    My wife was watching the NightShift on ABC or Fox or CBS...one of the locals  and they said the word "D_ _ K" twice.....I was appalled and shocked that they said that word on a local channel.  What has happened.   As parents we must be diligent but what happened to policing what is put on the TV.  10 years ago the example above didn't happen.  Yes we can turn the tv off, but where is the morals of those that run these tv stations. 

And Obama is this great leader.....what a joke......wake up America or at least the one's that defend him

AMEN.   Too bad the people that need to read this wont take the time to read it.   IF only we could shut technology down.  As humans God gave us the ability to imagine, create, and invent.......and like all things humans create they can be used for bad or for good.  and in the sense of technology I would rather not have the good because the bad is far worse and too easily widespread and accessible.  as far as being a parent in todays advancing technological society (that will continue to grow) we as parents have to be even more diligent in shielding society's ways from our children and teach our children of  GOD's righteous path.

i know....I get this great feeling coming over me as a citizen of this country for working so many years and paying into social security.....and then I realize my money is going towards illegals.  The time I spend away from home away from my kids away from my wife is spent so illegals can have whats not rightfully theirs.  Doesn't that just make you feel like your part of a great nation.  All the soldier s that have died for this country are a wasted life in his eyes and policies.   Obama equals division of state.  That great sense of AMERICAN is being stripped cause of his far far far left policies.   and to think that he won twice....shows how intelligent our American citizens are.

I understand whats happening here and why this movement towards medicinal/legalization/decriminalization is happening.  Its still a fearful thought when I think about how this may affect the school kids.  Im in the school setting at all levels. I deal with kids from all walks of life as well as parents.  I love what I do and I am passionate about our society's character and especially the economic future of this country.  How will this affect our future workers of American jobs?  Not knowing that is what I am somewhat fearful of.  This is fairly new to the States so we don't have a long period of time to take data from.   Saying that though...I believe this will not eliminate but will help with the Mexican border issues we have in this state(hence the border thread).  I believe it will help tremendously in that area. I also believe it will keep non violent smokers out of our prisons and therefore they keep a job if they had one, they don't have a record, families are not split up.  And there is too many medicinal reasons for us not to change our outlook on this plant that can be used in its natural state.   As far as the disbursement to neighboring states where its illegal....should we allow their issues to effect our decisions that may better our state....especially the borders in which they don't directly deal with.  We are separate states for a reason.    The fear of the unknown can hinder us sometimes.

Most of society as well as politicians have lost sense of why and how we have our liberties and freedoms and the means in which to protect those.   And they have allowed liberal media (across the globe) scrutiny to dictate as well as allowed them to manipulate society into thinking what is best.  Nations outside the USA should not have any say in how we control our borders...THEY ARE OUR BORDERS....we had soldiers shed blood for them.  We are too NICE.   I don't care if I offend someone of another country when it deals with OUR BORDERS.  Too many people worried about what others think when it comes to border security.

You have to remember Religion is man made.  Their are many many many religions.

Many people listen to the media and then allow the media to manipulate their own thinking.  Too much of society leans on the media.  Too many weak minded individuals.....scary thought.      When dealing with law enforcement......PRETTY SIMPLE DO WHAT YOUR TOLD AND LEAVE YOUR PRIDE OUT OF IT.....and you'll come out ahead or at least better off.

Go to youtube and type in the title...the one with Rosie O Donnell I know its old but hits the nail on the head.  I love his calmness.   She attacks his affiliation of NRA rather than the big issue of where society has gone and why.   Amen Brother.

a lot of America ...."you can't tell me im wrong"     I see it in the school systems with parents.  Their child does no wrong and calls out administration and staff that they are wrong instead of disciplining their own children.  Given their are cases where staff acts unprofessional, but the cases where parents defend their child tooth and nail no matter what has risen greatly.    It has come to where you can't tell someone they are wrong and that is sad because it shows where things are headed.
