The district is normally pretty tough every year. Dear Park is the king. The rest of the teams can go either way, its whoever makes the least mistakes. Also Sanchez for MHS was ALLSTATE last year as sophomore and the Titans have core group back this year and next. This should be the team to make history and make the playoffs for the 1st time in school history!

Lincoln High School use to have some badass track teams in the 80's. Memorial not so much. :)

This is incorrect! Memorial's first year of existence the team of Hood/Roberts/Charles and Gorrer set the NATIONAL record at the time in the 4x200 meter relay. Yes, Jamaal Charles was on that team. Gorrer currently plays in the NFL as well. Last year Corey Dauphine ran 20.67 in the 200 meters. Fastest kid in America at 200 meters. This years team is will be fighting for the overall team title.

That's fine & dandy, I wasn't at the game, but from what I understand Lamar did all of these things you mention to PA. I tell my athletes all the time, it's All good when you're the "Hunter" What happens when you are the "Hunted"?

Clearly Ozen isn't a measuring stick for anyone right now, so when you've played better Teams other than us, none of these traits were displayed, especially on the scoreboard. You boast about besting us 56-0, but Lamar put 58 on you. 35 which came in the first qtr. I'm not sure, but has any area team had 35 put on them in the 1st qtr @ Home by anyone? I'm only asking these questions because before the Season started All we were hearing is how far PA is going & they may get to Jerry's world. I see possible playoff matchup could be Manvel, if this is correct, does PA get by this team?? I don't mind the arrogance because if you read my posts, I posses some in me, but I'm realistic & give credit when it's due before the games are played. PA only gives credit after Humble Pie. JMO

We will always be confident, cocky and arrogant! That's this teams personality. We expect to win, we expect to dominate, we expect to intimidate. These kids will play fast, play hard. If people don't like the trash talking so be it. It's not gonna stop. It's a game! Love it or leave it alone.

Need to play Teams of that caliber, it only gets you better. If they continue to beat you in this fashion, then consider someone else. JMO

I say go with 7. The freshman is a specimen but as for playing on varsity right now he's not ready. Next season he'll be ready. It didn't hurt Singleton to wait. I will keep saying this Harrison HAS to run 5 times a game to keep teams honest. Teams aren't even respecting the fake. He has 0 zero carries.

gotta disagree goat. he looked lost and was getting beat. he LOOKS good in uniform, but i was not impressed. although lamar didn't pass much, i saw #1 run him over TWICE and got in his face.

mouse our defense whole literally was physically ran over at some point. I like the way sticks his nose in and makes a clean tackle around the legs. I hate playing Lamar.

Yes and not to mention the the all state transfer (meriles #24) is coming along. He is still getting use to the speed difference but I love the way he supports the run. Sure tackler!

The only problem with Harrison playing qb is him not running the ball he doesn't have to be singleton or fisk. He is the best qb in the system right now. The freshman isn't ready he had a horrible game Thursday. The 2 jv qbs wouldn't beat the freshman out and Williams can run but can't throw a dollar at a stripper. Harrison needs five carries and 15 pass attempts a game. That's the recipe.

Harrison has to keep the ball at least 5 times a game. He has no rushing attempts this season.

We have to be able to get the ball deep. Lil Vincent needs to go back to offense so we can stretch the field. We have no deep threat. The deep ball is there just no receiver with any speed. Vincent can fly and would be perfect. K. Wesly,Seals, Leday all stretched the field. Every team we just pin there ears back and key the RBs. Just need to make teams play honest.

I'll say this Lamar has always brought the wood to us. No other team will be physical like this [size and girth] from the lineman to the skill players. Not even GpNs. They actually remind me of Elkins.

YALL was smooth on that take away, Jaron cried hard over leaving his teammates. Kids have to move if there parents move, it's the way of Harrison World. lol

Darrell wanted him here. Big stage big lights. He struggled last season but he's come out this season in peak condition and creating havoc.

I think he was joking... All the PA fans on here say that kids on our team would be 3rd stringers at PAM... Obviously in several cases that would not be true.

My boys are born and raised in Nederland, and Is Jaron Johnson a 3rd stringer. I would guarantee you neither one would be a 3rd for Titans maybe next year you get to see if my lil one move with me.

They have P.A. pedigree that's why, just like Johnson. It's not where you're born, it's what's running through your veins.
