I agreed with 2wedge exactly! Toby does have a big heart and passion while other don't! Simple plain. It will very sad if they decide not hire Toby. They should know better and it is all about kids to success. My gut feelings tell me that it will not Toby to be next head coach but I hope my gut is telling me wrong. I know coach Thompson will involve and part of it but board is more power than him. I hope he is fighting and support for Toby. Again, Toby is deserve this job. Also, I have to be honest and I don't see if Toby is not hire then fans will go down and small. It will destroy Mustangs tradition and embarrassed whole the Texas look at WOS and laugh so I don't want that end yet because there is still and keep carry if they hire Toby. I would not come to watch WOS game if they don't hire Toby because I am not going drive there from Houston. I tend to come watch WOS 2 to 3 games in Orange. I just tired to see and wait too long so they need make a decision sooner!

Hiawatha Hickman no way! Sorry to blunt saying that. He will not success WOS program include sports. I don't see in him, and he have zero experience at head coaching. I am still stand and support coach Foreman! Come on and make a decision so why wait too long because of let boys know and get know each other during off season.

I hope WOS board and superintendent need to realize and think harder if Toby want work here at WOS. He will be good fit because he willing to coach track where he love track and football so perfect and save money to spend new coach for track. Just my two cents. Hope that we will know who will be next AD and head coach in Janaury so can start off season and work with boys to get know each other and bond.

I don't blame kids for want coach T stay one more year. It will be nice for coach T to get a ring before he retire. However, family need him where he want to spend time with family. He deserve it!

If Toby interview and did not get the job then he heart will melt and disappointing because he admire what his dad, Hooks, and Thompson done for WOS program tradition so he will make sure that he keep that program tradition carry on. It is not matter with record. He will success WOS program because he know the system. Plus he love kids and know very well in Orange community. Good example, coach T did coach at Palestine HS and it was not success then come back to WOS and back good program again. Again, it up to school board to make a decision.

Man! I will definitely miss coach T because of his philosophy defense. It will never be same or replace like his way. I really hope that school board will make a right decision to hire than superintendent. It is all about qualification and experience period! It should be no favorism! Well always stay head up no matter what. Defense is not the same in last 3 games so not sure if boys give up because of Gales. I wish that they play hard and fire up for him but not happen. WOS will be back next year and stronger with experience and growing the mature. Mustangs always!!!

Hard to believe that we are in regional final. Time is flies so fast! Anyone plan to attend and watch the game? Mine is.... Friday- WOS vs. China Spring Saturday- Houston area most play afternoon at one game. consider attend 2 games at Ford Center in Frisco South Oak Cliff vs. Lovejoy at 2:30 pm Duncanville vs. DeSoto at 7 pm

It won't be easy and cannot afford any mistake against China Spring. They will play hard and want beat Mustangs again. I know Mustangs want revenge because what happened last year. Let's Mustnags amd faith in boys no matter!

I am not kind to look the excuse stuff. It is part of game. I think that game was bad weather and lights issues. I did not go that game. Again, score does not mean anything. Every game always different and depends on boys. Sometime boys play good game or bad game. I cannot wait and looking forward to watch this game and no matter what win or lose!
