Does anyone have the link for West Hardin's football clip that was supposed to be on Channel 6 last night? I was at Def Leppard, Poison & Cheap Trick last night. Great show!

I'd like to clear the air for some people out there! I am nothing more than a fan of West Hardin and my opinion or statements have no bearing on the staff at that school. Some people think that what I say on here is making the school look bad. I'll have to disagree with that! I've tried to be as vague as possible on my critical statements of West Hardin when I do. I've tried overly hard to defend our team against knuckle heads that talk from the side of their head. I am a fan & always will be. Heck, I don't even live in the area and I still travel with the team to show support. Feel free to send me a personal message if you still have complaints, but don't want to have everyone see it. Later fellow football fans!

You know, that was a good way of putting it! Our opinions mean nothing on the larger scale of things. I really respect when people can come on here and give an opinion that has good meaning & not just stomping their feet like a toddler. So in the spirit of opinions; here is my picks for the district. No disrespect for any of district schools, but there always has to be a winner and a loser. Good luck teams & lets have a safe, fair & great season. And I would have to call bull crap! You base your post on what? HD: Hardin - 2A --- Not even in top 15 in their Region Tenaha - 1A -- Ranked 12th in Region, Evadale 13th & WH is 14th --- No HD on that list ;D Kountze - 2A -- Not even in top 15 in their Region WH: Warren - 2A -------------- Not even in top 15 in their Region Bridge City JV - 3A -------- Bigger the school, more the talent is what common sense tells me New Waverly - 2A (10-1) -- Ranked 26th in State, only loss was in 3rd round of playoffs Looking at these comparisons, how can you say WH doesn't play schools with talent and H-D does. Ya'll are playing 1 good team that's in the same class! Our 1 good game is at least a class up. I'd bet you a dollar that BC's JV team has a lot players on the sideline than we'll have. Nothing but a hater!!!

Lets not forget H-D also scheduled Beaumont Cathedral, Beaumont Legacy & Houston Westbury Christian. Looks like the Pot calling the Kettle Black!

I do agree with that, but if not for a JV team,a lot of kids get left standing on the sidelines wasting a year.

How many of our teams will have a JV this year? I bevieve that West Hardin has enough players, but don't know what they've decided yet.

West Hardin scrimmaged Kountze today. Each TD was 1 point. West Hardin JV vs Kountze JV was 2-0 for WH. Justin Harrington hit Calvin Ridge for a 70 yard TD pass & Ridge rushed for the other TD. Varsity Game #1 was 0-0, as well as game #2.

Yup, Sept 3rd @ 7:00PM. I'll the there too!
