Talk about stupid posts and being big headed, if that ain't the pot calling the kettle black! There is no stopping me, I'll be optomistic until we play, not talk trash about your team when we win or congratulate you if you win. None of us know whats going to happen, that's why it fun to throw jabs at your rivals. Team pride goes a long way, just ask anyone from HD, all they have is the last 60-70 years of football to hold onto!

Congrats on the new stuff, excuse my ignorance on this, but I've heard a lot of stories about Staph infections and others from the turf. How is stuff like that prevented? You can use bleach & water to clean up bathrooms & showers, but what do you do for the turf if any?

Ok, if you ask, I would not have changed the offensive scheme. I would not have gone to the spread offense, I would have liked to see a more balanced offense. Such as, at least one Tight End, 2 or 3 WR's & 1 or 2 RB's. Changing up your play calling when your main offensive weapon is getting his rear end handed to him, such as in the Evadale & HD games. Evadale did a super job at containing Copeland and we did nothing to change it up. We have really good coaches and I like them very much, but you have to be flexible in the heat of a battle. Some of you women on here are reading into things the wrong way, I never blamed anything on Copeland. He is a heck of an athelete & person, always respectful and grateful. My above statement is all I've been trying to say this whole time. I'm West Hardin through & through, I can admit when my team does something horrible just like when they do something great. I WILL NEVER TALK BAD ABOUT A STUDENT/ATHELETE. My comments are always going to be pointed at the team as a whole, that's Coaches & Players alike! Yes, he played basketball too. My opinion, he should have taken a basketball ride in college instead of football, but that was his and his families choice. Good for him & good luck!

I hope you do have a more team orientated off. this year and if so it will be a change from last year. WH was a one man team and that made them easy to stop. But I think Copeland's dad was a coach and he was going to make sure the kid shined. Don't blame him , the kid was a good player and he deserved to go play collage ball. Deff. looking forward to the WH and Evadale game this that will prob. be for the dist. Don't see HD replacing the QB this year. Did not see the JV QB impress this year. You are wrong on that one! I know his dad & step-dad, talked to them at almost every game, NOT COACHES! You are right about him being a good player, I don't dispute that. I pass the blame off onto the coaching staff for focusing too much on him.

If Kimbo can win the Ultimate Fighter, then I could see at title fight for him faster than any other of the previous winners. Dana already said if Kimbo wins, that his contract would be a lot different than those of the past. My guess, he'll have to fight on at least one PPV maincard before a title fight. PPV buys would be off the charts. Heck, Brock is making $400,000 base pay for his fights, what do you think Kimbo will get?

I hope so, I called for either Cane or Bader to fight Franklin at 103. With Bader fighting at UFC 104, that only leaves Cane in my opinion. Should be a good fight!

I am not being ugly but I am asking what makes you thing WH is going that good this year when you lost your main off. player and most of your scoring. Just asking? Even if the def. is that good how are you going to score? I am a big Evadale backer but don't over look High Island this year. They played Evadale a good game last year, and I don't think they lost much. And hopefully they wont to deal with any storms this year. So they can play on Friday night instead of Saturday day games I don't get offended very often & your absolutely right about losing Copeland. My thoughts are that last year with Copeland, as Evadale & HD did so effectively, you shutdown Copeland & you shutdown the whole team. This year should have more emphasis on TEAM and not just superstar. He was a great player and all around good person, but it was too much about him. We still have a lot of speed coming back for offensive weapons, my only question is who's going to be running the offense. I have my ideas, but we'll see what comes out in 2-a-days. Once the offense gets clicking, we should be okay. Like I said our defense is returning all main players, except Allen Jones. It's easy for us as parents or fans to talk trash, but the players are the ones who must sacrifice and perform on the field. Good luck to all players and coaches and fans who travel. Time to chime in! I'm making a bold prediction, that West Hardin has the #1 defense this! Only lost one true defensive person from last, should be a very good unit. If, we don't win district, we'll have 2nd!!

Although Dana says he doesn't tell the coaches what to do, I can't imagine he letting Rampage or Evans put Kimbo in a fight until at least week 4. Ratings, Ratings, Ratings!!!

I believe he can pose a great threat to either BJ or Kenny.
