Well, the poll finally has gotten over 100 votes for BC........BC 66% WOS 34% Let's just hope we live up to the hype.  WOS is still the big dog on the block to knock off. I would bet old Dan Hooks is out at these practices.  I know WOS does not want to lose this one.........I would bet they will be thoroughly prepared for this one.  Lord know, they don't want to face Coldsprings.

The real question - Does it really matters who wins this game?

Sure won't be Coldspring.......when you beat everyone by 50 plus points it's kinda hard to whine about things.

Man, Bridge City lost?  Will someone please let the Cardinal football team know that.

It should be a recipe for a low score by WOS; however, I just don't follow the logic of how someone would pick that many points against the Bridge City defense.

I can say this about WOS.  This is honestly the first Cardinal team that goes into the BC/WOS game where BC is the favorite.  HOWEVER, I do think the Mustangs are still a very dangerous team and always has the firepower to ignite.  I really don't see how you played Nederland so close in week 1 and 7 weeks later it has come to this.  However, WOS is one team that can always beat you.

(with the help of my so called "infinite knowledge" The contradiction comes from your 2 sided statement about being 10 points from undefeated and "a win is a win" is that simple enough for you. If it's 10 points or 100 points it's still a loss, you can't have it both ways which is what you are trying to do. You don't hear BC fans saying "we are 15 points from being undefeated", accept the fact that your record is what it is and go on. It's always the same story from the blindly devoted faithful, "a good team finds a way to win" when you don't play your best. Very seldom do you see credit given to the opponent for playing well. Your macho talk of invincibility rings hollow as the "we are mightier than all others" lingo as well. My point in this whole thread is that a truly "objective" fan, one who can see all sides and is not so blinded by loyalty, would say this has the potential to be a really good game. If WOS wins then they were obviously the better team at the time. I have already posted on an earlier thread that the district championship still has to go through WOS because I am an objective fan. If BC wins then it will be a huge statement for their program and probably earn them some respect that many refuse to give them.  As far as poking fun at Skipper goes I am definitely not the first one to make light of his computer skills. As you obviously read earlier in the thread Skipper and I were able to settle the situation in a friendly manner and I consider that the end of it. This post is funny to me.  You act like you got beat by a 1-6 team.  Pretty arrogant to say the least.  The only team BC has lost to was a very good Vidor squad.  They have beat the living tar out of most of the teams they have played this year.
