Moody needs to be fired

would not be surprised but lets get as much support for firing Moody as we can.

Please explain to me how we get from high school football to bashing women and white society??? I'm offended at your sexist comment and then your racist comment. That wouldn't play well if I used "men" or "black(or insert whatever race here)." Keep this about football.

i know of about 10 or 15 kids that have played football all there life that REFUSE to play football for moody. i think there is potential for a better team, but they just dont want to play for him. im not sayin that there is enough talent to go to playoffs everyyear or anything, but they could be a better team then what they are. They don't have the dedication anyway then. It's not about "dedication" to the game. A coach can ruin someones love for the game, and if you don't realize that your blind. People that say "well if their kids really liked football they would play under moody winning season or not" But it's not about the game, it's not about losing, it's not about having a lack for love of the game, it's about the coach. When a coach picks his favorites, his "best" and treats them like they are superstars and then treats the rest of the kids like they're brainless mutants that deserve less even though they work just as hard, or in most cases harder than the favorites, it will ALWAYS lead to losing players and a very unsuccessful program. So for the dedication not being there, you really don't know. Why play the game, why risk injuries, for this kind of "playing" when you can play or do something better for yourself in another sport or in academics and actually get rewarded for what you do on some front or another. With Moody there, the only ones rewarded will be his super stars, not the average run of the mill player that will bust his hump to be his best. This is a true. I know of several players that bust their butt and work harder than the superstars. He only has 11 or 12 seniors on the team and maybe the same in juniors. I see even less players returning next year if moody returns.

LCM players tired of running same play over and over leave Moody alone on field

I did not say mistreat I said gets on to when he doesn't say anything to so called pets or starters that are not challenged.

Hopes she gets rid of him after this year.

I think the talent is there.LCM is just not a football school because they have not had a great deal of success.IMO there is talent but they want come out for football. I know that coaching and the type of program have a lot to do with the success of any school.You put all this togather and it will equal failure. Look at schools like PNG,NED,WO-S,WB,BC,Newton and others.They don't stay on top for ever but they don't stay down for long either.All these schools have something in common...Winning!!! Why?They have the right work ethic instilled in their kids...all the kids not just a handful. I remember years back when it all came togather for LCM and they had a great playoff run...three or four rounds deep.I thought that would light a fire for the future but it just fizzled out. There is a lot of untaped talent on the team now that Moody doesn't use because he wont give them the chance. He has players that give it their all and do everything he ask. All he does is play his favorites. I have seen coaches that have almost no talent win more games because the coach knew how to work with the kids and they wanted to work for him. Time and time again I have watched Moody get on a kid that gets 1/10th the practice time doing the wrong thing 1 time. While a starter is doing the exact same thing almost every play, but that kid starts and both are the same size, have the same speed and have the same talent. A coach has to develop all the players so they can all be their if needed. If all but the last string player goes down how will that player be able to help the team if the coach hasn't done his job. The player will get yelled at for not know the play when he knows the plays on paper just never practiced them. He has told the kids that do what he ask they would play more. I know someone is going to say the best should start. The only problem with that is sometimes the better player is not the one starting because he doesn't get the practice the other players get. The ones that are starting are Moody's pets.

My Point is he has unhappy players that do work hard, do as they are asked in the off season, and do get told they will start. He then doesn't follow through with what he says and starts a sophomore over some of this guys that were told they would start. What kind of example is this to players. I wish the team well and they will win some games.

The game was good, but heard several players upset with Moody. They seem to be tired of Moody saying one thing and not doing it. I have heard several players did not come back because of this. Half the team is Soph. He has Juniors and Seniors playing behind them and they are not happy.

I agree with this no one should be on the school board that is related to a teacher or especially a student. To many times you hear of a school board members child doing something and the school will let it go because they are worried about their job. So they don't do their job.

If he really works that hard and cant start on a team that went 1-9 last year there must be something wrong with the kid grades/attitude/ lack of ability Aggiebaseball04 PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR BUTT This kid does have a good attitude if you could not read and understand. This individual has ability but the coaches are to busy with working with their pet players to look at the other kids and see the ability they have and see that they are better or just as good and a least put out the effort on a daily bases As far as grades go he is an a b student but I know some of the ones starting right now could not play games last year because of grades.

Amen, Coach what are you going to do? I will do my part and support the team at all games no matter winning are losing ( would prefer the winning )
