Yea their might be that many but as far as experince goes the only ones getting any are moody's pets

Well moody would go then there would be more players that would play. They could have as many as 30 to 40 seniors this year. and maybe about the same in juniors.

back to the subject LCM Football program Heard the qb called for a fake punt and they ran it in for a touchdown which seemed to spark the team a little.

i might add i was told the qb and punter hunter gonzales called the fake punt himself when trying to convince moody to go for it on 4th and 8! i just dont understand moody his back is to the wall with nothing to lose why not go for it?..... after the play moody told him to call the plays he called or he would take him out... no good job or anything! and huge kudos to that #17 refusing to go down showing tons of heart! and burned it to the endzone I heard the same thing from another player. mTheir where some very upset parents at Moody last night and they were letting him have it all during the game. Several players were visible upset with Moody as well. # 36 had a good run as well to bad he want let the players make the calls he might win some games.

For what how to lose players?

The thing is lcm has players that leave it on the practice field and the game field but the coach will not let these kids play because he wants his pets or favorites to play and their are kids that are better and practice and play harder.

If I were coaching this team what change would I make: 1. Move players up from 2nd to first and see what they can do. 2. Change coach plan to something else ( what is being done now is not working) 3. Do what I can to motivate my players to give 120% all the time and don't tell a player he is selfish for wanting to help. 4: Practice like it is a game all the time. 5. More fundamentals 6. Have Players that are working harder move up the chart. I hope this gets to stay and I would like other thoghts

a long ride home for the players at lcm

we held them scoreless for the second half not because two players came in the game and made a play.. the were playing their 2nd and 3rd string is the reason.. also, all the players made good plays. i'm just thinking there is too many sophmores on the team.. a couple of them should be there but for the most part it seems like the coaches are trying to make someone a hero too soon.. they should be on the jv team where they could better their skills and learn how to catch the ball ... back to basics... Yes, this is true but the starters were doing nothing against them same 2nd and third stringers. So that may not be the reason that these 2 players got stuff done. Maybe the coach needs to change things up and see if they can do something starting the game instead of watching from the bench.

Nederland’s Coach Larry Neumann called off the ‘Dogs in the second half. playing strictly the second team offense the entire half. Joseph Banner did gain 69 yards on 13 rushes. The half played fast as the clock was allowed to run continously the last two quarters. Maybe if LCM played its second team they might have scored.

When you lose 80% of your players by the time they are juniors and seniors that hurts. The starters could not get it done against the bulldogs second team. It is time to try something different when LCM finally started putting in some players that had not played until the last 4 or 5 minutes they where stopping the bulldogs. Why doesn't LCM use these guys and see what happens against the starters. I have heard from some parents that the guys on the scout offense are averaging in practice against the starting defense 3 to for touchdowns a day. Why isn't the coaches letting these guys have a chance it cannot be any worse.

I did notice that when the so called coach pulled the starters (finally) who still could not stop the second and third string of the dogs. A couple of players cam in numbers 89 and 49 and they where getting in the back field. Number 49 got back so fast he hit the rb as he got the ball. Why aren't these guys playing more

If they will play other players instead of the same 11 guys they might have a chance
