Once again like the last year or two, there is the big calls for a qb change. The thing is you have a qb that has been to 2 straight state semi finals. He has proven himself to be a winner. He starts off slow each year but gets better. He just faced a team that has been to 3 straight state championships winning 2 of them. Tuff to replace a guy in a case like that. With that said, his passing game has never been that impressive overall. Accuracy overall has been questionable. His strength has been his receivers honestly. The past couple years he has had a receiver or two that he could throw the ball up and trust to go get it. This year noone appears to be able to step into that position. Several missed opportunities either drops or bad throws. Maybe a returning Gilder can step into that role. I do like what I have seen from Brisbane and would definitely like to see him get his chance. Especially if our passing game is going nowhere. He definitely throw a better ball.

Lost broadcast did we stop them and put a drive together or how did we get the ball and score?

I would not be suprised to see them load the box and not only to stop the rUn but also to get to Foster and make him make rushed throws.

That game being that early unfortunately loses even more luster......being only a few days after the first football playoff games.

That is no joke...who knows it may be just as lopsided as some of those past games...but if any team doesn’t want to face Carthage and has hopes of winning it all, they might as well just cancel the rest of their season.

Seems kinda like the game where the lights went out.....lightning all game seemed just as far away then when all the momentum was in the Tigers favor and they were about to get the ball back boom the lightning is too close..........

I agree and as big as a fan as i am, this is probably the year i wont be attending any football games and i still havent made up my mind as far as basketball and for me thats huge. Now the problem with or in your statement kind of borders on that dreaded word “politics”. I have heard in several different places, some different towns etc, that the police force has basically said that they arent going to put in the effort To enforce this. My problem isnt the point of being told i must wear a mask if i was going to attend i would wear one. But i dont want to sit in the heat and wear a mask and i am not sure i want to be In the croWds either.

Man, safety first. But wow very limited fans and of course even less oN visitors sides and then in this case and maybe others no visiting bands or drill team.....makes home field advantage even a bigger statement. Not sure i even want to attempt to attend any this year...

Yes I know they have one and I don’t really mean matching the number of state titles but even a consistency of real high level play. The last few years have been close but what about all those years in between. As good as those Lincoln teams were you would think the talent “bloodline” would continue and then be Abe to add some from the other schools and keep rolling but it just doesn’t seem to work that way.

Why hasnt PA been really even close to that level since Lincoln closed??
