  1. First round was the show.
  2. Anyone watching this 19 year old put on a show?
  3. How about the story, that I haven't read yet, of the nfl kicker who wants to play him for $100,000 a hole?
  4. Any results?
  5. Randle did great but not sure he could have full time. Leading the league for the year and approaching 2000 yards is a little more than averaging 6.7 yards a carry in a backup role.
  6. Just can't believe that play call.....
  7. Rodgers may have been the tenth best but to his team he was more valuable than Romo. JJ had an argument for being more of an MVP than Romo but his teams performance wasn't good enough. Romo had a great year but he had another player in Murray that was just as valuable and maybe more valuable than he was this year. The two of them took away from each other's chances. Green Bay is nowhere near the same without Rodgers but the Cowboys may not have suffered greatly without either Murray or Romo. Sure another running back may have provided enough to keep the Cowboys going but thats guess work. Being a starting QB romo would have been a little harder to replace but with Murrays output the game plans could have been simpler for a backup qb and still been effective.
  8. Even with the line I am still not sure you get the kind of output that Dallas needed. Murray is the type of back that makes he Cowboys better. He took the pressure off and made it possible for Romo relax and have a great year as well. He had a good case. Rodgers did as well. As for JJ, being a defensive player on a team that didn't make the playoffs made it hard for him to win it. He is the best player in football just didn't have a good case for MVP.
  9. If you add Bush back to this group in high school and they keep improving, the a Tigers will have several goid years in the future.
  10. I hope they are and what I saw from one of the two last night made me believe it. Not saying the other didn't just need to see a little more.
  11. I finally got to see this group in Silsbee. That starting 5 is real good. They only played together for parts or most of the 1st and 3rd quarters and it was impressive.
  12. I can assure you that I am not involved with the jr high at all and I heard those exact words from another coach outside of Silsbee isd. You can't play three games in one day. When that was brought up they were dropped from the tourney. This was a discussion among several at a game away from the Silsbee campus. Meanwhile I am seeing this 8th grade group for the first time and see what the fuss is about. 20-3 after the 1st quarter.
  13. Ok at least they were caught.
  14. So if I win a lot it's ok to cheat further down the line?
  15. I am not saying it really made much if any difference in the game. But it is at least the second time they have been caught cheating(if the above is true) which is my reason for dying such a stiff penalty should be handed down. Now what I expect if this attendant did it is for him to claim sole responsibility no matter what the case was.
  16. If that's the case, being that they have been caught before in this type of thing, they should have to forfeit the game. I know it's too late or not going to happen but it should and Indy should play Sunday.
  17. Dez is a must. finances make it hard to keep both. I wouldn't be surprised to see AP a cowboy. With that said I am not sure too many other Rbs will be as big a difference maker as Murray has been this year even behind that line. The line was the key but Murrays vision and one cut running style make him stand out. The contribution Murray made this year took loads of pressure off Romo and his play showed it. AP would be a good replacement but other than that I hope something is worked out with Murray.
  18. Ouch...nice guns hope they are found.
  19. Even better.
  20. So they can draft another member of their special injured reserve unit!
  21. I don't really disagree with what you are saying but the negativity to me in the past as always been more about how much more nervous ,if that's really the right word, and the choice she has made many times in big or pressure filled games. I hope that is all I the past, really haven't see it this year except maybe a play here or there. Murray and that line have done wonders to help that because it was definitely the case of being up to him To at least make the throw so a play could be made. That is why I think he needs some post season success, to prove he can do it under those conditions. He shouldn't feel the pressure now to have to make those Favre type high risk passes, he has other outlets. This season reminded me an awful lot of the triplets hopefully they stay together.
  22. This was by far Romo's most consistent and probably best overall year, but I think the MVP for the Cowboys and maybe even the league was Murray. He took the pressure off Romo, along with that line of course, and made this year easier on Romo. He didn't do anything this post season to put a negative look towards him either but I am still waiting to see him truly shine in the pressure of the playoffs. And by that I mean have one of those truly big games and get patsy the second round. I don't think that a super bowl is necessary to validate yourself, just too many variables, but I think Tony needs a little playoff success to offset some of his late season troubles.
  23. My wife is a die hard Houston fan, she hates the Cowboys but thought that was bs. Being s Houston fan and anti Cowboys are the two major things wrong with her!
