  1. By the rule it would have mattered in the same circumstance because he still would have had to complete the catch, now being that he needed one more step, maybe they would have thought he gained his balance and took a step.
  2. Completely agree, their whole ruling was based on the idea that those steps were just part of his jump and falling. In that context he had to have possession after he hit the ground, he didn't, really no controversy there. The rule itself isn't good and leaves a gray area there.
  3. The hard part is this is one call you really feel may have changed the outcome. Now granted they still had to get in the end zone and stop GB it could have ended in a loss anyway but I think with the time left it was a good chance that that would have been the game winning drive.
  4. There was clear evidence that the ball hit the ground, my big problem was that he seemed to have the ball plenty long enough for a catch but they looked t it as he was falling the entire time and never made a move.
  5. the ball hitting the ground was obvious.
  6. He was stretching but you have to maintain that catch when you hit the ground, he didn't. Now I thought his other elbow hitting would have made him down before it came loose.
  7. I have been rough on Tony through the years but this year seems to be different. With a better line leading to a great running game it seems to have eased the pressure off Tony's shoulders and he had played great this season. Last week I didn't see the game but was on the road but one play kind of stuck in my mind as a little troubling. Don't get me wrong the play could have been a lot worse but in the process of taking back to back sacks and getting knocked out of field goal range, holding the ball too long on one of those sacks had me a little worried. The play and outcome of the game from then on was great. But I still find myself in the same spot as this writer; [Hidden Content]. I guess as much as I hate to I have to agree with Jerry, it's going to take a Super Bowl win!
  8. It's been too long for me to remember..
  9. I was on the road today and did not see the game. I just watched "the play" several times. As for the play there was definite defensive holding that was missed, and a little push for interference that may not have been seen depending on the angle. The full blown contact that I was expecting to see after seeing some remarks was not there. Now even being a Cowboy fan, I can not believe that they reversed the call after announcing it. If I was an impartial observer I could live with the call, after seeing it in slo mo, going either way but would have trouble with it being waved off after calling it.
  10. This one takes. The monkey off Romo's back. Now let's see if he plays like it's off his back. Don't get me wrong he's played well all season I just mean, now he can play without the "no playoff win weight."
  11. SE who?
  12. Romo has never looked as good as he does this year. Murray has definitely eased the pressure.
  13. Naturally the best plan. My parents were out around Mason this weekend and saw bucks chasing does.
  14. True. I know he'd be fair game without tags. I mean even if you knew that he came from the ranch just wasn't sure with the tag.
  15. Is he fair game after escaping or do the tags in his ears make it "game theft" or something like that.
  16. Wow would never have suspected so many high school teams.
  17. Is it still so slow, It has been for me.
  18. That's pretty good it's a lot more expensive than that with your own place just buying corn.
  19. All my hunts have been outside of Woodville, and it has been pretty slow so far. I will probably spend as much time as I can the next week or so to try to fill the freezer before doe season is over.
  20. A good amount to to have only seen 5 deer and all of them farther than I really want to shoot!!
  21. Nothing so far. Saw a good 9 pt Saturday with a doe but at about 500 Yds and facing me.
  22. Was for my wife and I last year we didn't see s deer although 3 were killed on the property.
  23. My wife and I didn't see a deer in Woodville but my Mom got a big 10 pt her husband had a big 8 get by him and there was a big 9 killed on the property.
  24. Yes I would have wanted to as well but the coaches should had said no. They had a qb that had two good drives leave him in and don't risk Tony getting hurt or having limited effectiveness.
  25. I agree completely. He shouldn't have been in with that injury but the coaches had to make that decision. He was set up to fail in this one.
