It is the ability to see and recognize your talent level and adjust accordingly. This is a talent that keeps programs winning or competitive for years. The real challenge is to come up with a plan when you have no chance of winning. Some staffs do it better than others , and some run the same plays they ran when we were in high school.

I have said it more than once ...why would any high school coach put his or her career on the line based on 14-18 year old kids. Talent does change ever year, new teams enter into the district ( new talent ) and the district it self remains to be one of the toughest in the state. Every team has rebuilding years , coaches know it , players know it ...it is very hard for fans to except it. I believe that it is good for the district and area to have a more balanced district in the hope that we can have a team advance deep into the playoffs.

I took my Dad to the races and we had a great time. Everyone needs to get out there and enjoy the races. For the money you can not beat the action. I had forgotten how FAST and LOUD they were.

Nederland won today's game 10 - 5 they played the team from Ohio Nederland goes in as the # 2 seed and will play tomorrow night at 8:00 , they will play the winner of tonight's game I do not know at the point who that will be
