Excellent point - what I should have said was when Nederland finally started to play as a team their focus and talent took over Nederland did start the game flat, don't know if it was spring break or looking ahead.

Nederland did have two starters out due to injuries and the own goal didn't help, but Central always comes to play. It is going to be an interesting second half of the season.

Time was moved from 7:00 to 5:30 and the BISD allows Central and Ozen to play ONE game each at the new stadium So the location was moved to Ozen. Nederland 6 Ozen 1 ( pk ) Sure is a nice stadium to have only two soccer games scheduled But we are talking BISD.

PNG lost in a shootout to Kingwood Park PNG player injuried late in the game from a blow in the back PNG plays Waller for 3rd place tomorrow

Kelly has beaten PNG, Nederland and Vidor Kelly is fast and skilled in every position They should do well in the playoffs

PNG and Nederland always have very competitive teams. PNG goalie is worth all the hype and Nederland has some strong JV players coming up on the defensive side of the ball. LCM and Central should claim the other spots.

I have had season tickets for the last 14 years and I admit I miss some games each year - but I never miss PNG - NED and I stay till the end. These kids play hard each week, but this game brings out the best of each one. Coach's are always saying STAY FOCUSED - ok fans STAY FANS till the end.
