What in the world happened to Bridge City? WOW! They made no adjustments any time during the game. Safety's were up tight and we just kept throwing the ball up over the top. Nobody within 10 -15 yards of a receiver on multiple touchdowns. Agreed first half Huffman did their thing but let off the gas in the 2nd half. Not sure it was execution, maybe a little respect for BC and not destroying them, or ust a let down from such a big first half. Nice win.

Apparently Huffman QB continued with his predetermined throws,  LOL, to Lumberton secondary. We dont play complete game because our coaches dont know how to make adjustments. Let me keep throwing the football around with a freaking 20 plus point lead or whatever the hell it was, and not eat no clock! Can we not defend a sweep? OMG I am disgusted! 

LOL same boring a$% offense and the OC ain't changing anything. My PeeWee team could watch film and stop Huffman. We don't have a bunch of speed burners and our wide outs run good routes, don't complete routes, and timid. If the ball ain't coming to them, they don't do crap! Get up field and lay a block kid! We never make adjustments on either side of the ball. Frustrated with this entire program! QB continues to throw off back foot. I wonder if a coach may watch film and help the athlete! Whatever. 

It was a nice win and hopefully can build a little confidence. Huffman actually flew to the football today and ran the ball extremely well. Hats off to Worthing and wish them luck! Them dudes are extremely fast and athletic but no coaching. I wish I could take that group of kids and compete!

I think there are really good athletes on both sides of the ball. Been watching Huffman football for 20 years and this is the poorest tackling bunch I have seen.in this time frame. We get no push up front, backers cant tackle and secondary has avoided contact multiple times in first 2 games. Offensive scheme is the same ole same.  Watch these teams that watch film jump throw a safety over top and corner or backer jump the slant. No respect for the run game. I don't know what the deal is here in Huffman but there is some grumbling in the stands! This week could be tough against Worthing. They have 2 backs with 400 combined yards on the ground and my boys have given up 500 yards on the ground in 2 games. All this being said, full of juniors on this team. Most have been on varsity since sophomore year. Was hoping for a better showing this year with a year of varsity under their belt, but looks like we have regressed. Hopefully we grow some throughout the year and 2019 is better. So, to answer your question, a little bit of both.

We are in trouble. Might not win a game. Great kids. Good talent. Both sides of the ball just stagnant.  Ughh frustrating. Lol

Just take the L , Liberty was literally the bigger stronger faster team with more talented players.

Thank you for your argumentative input! Huffman can not tackle dude! We never made any adjustments. Liberty never put anyone on the ground like GT, Army, and them boys do.They stood straight up and blocking scheme was simple. I didn't see one cut block. Also, appreciate the movie quote. 

Can someone please sacrifice a body and jump on the ball. I was really disgusted with the effort and adjustments. Someone playing backer should freaking have recognized, say snap 3, that the ball was going where the FB was going. Plug the hole and someone make a play. Totally agree with the QB situation. Step into a throw young man! Something else i noticed, Huffman's MO is bringing the wood and team tackling! POOR JOB OF THAT! They need someone to step up and lead and get this season going into the right direction. I know Game 1 but if they play like they did against Liberty, could be a rough season for the home crowd!

I am Huffman guy and this offense is out dated, stagnant, and just got good. l! Its the same freaking formation almost every single time, predetermined throws, and we don't have the athletes to run this offense. Liberty should have at least 3 picks if not 4. HELLO defensive coordinator, can you please please please read the fullback. He is taking you to the football EVERY SINGLE PLAY. I dont get it! Did you NOT watch film?

Huffman pi%%ed on baseball after baseball in the first 3 innings. Fell asleep for a couple innings and tried to pick it back up late. Baseball will humble you. On the way to College Station and hope those hits start falling today! I'd like to see a game 3 and make that drive home late!

Walking up to watch this game and Huffman's coach decides to yank the entire team off the field because they did not look a sharp as he thought they should! ATTA boy coach! Throw that negativity right at your team before game 1, round 4 of the playoffs!

Salado can swing it! Looking over into the dugout and they all are grown a$% men! Huffman had traffic on the bases most of the night and can NOT get a hit when it counts. Game 2 College Station 500p.I figure this is over.

Huffman' s #1 is legit. Bumping 90 consistently and gets stronger as game progresses. #2 and 3 guys low to mid 80s with good breaking balls and throw strikes. 2 seniors and junior..... they have a couple of other kids that throw. Another senior  Will relieve and he is upper 80s and good for a couple of innings. Gets gased. Lol and there you have it.

Wish i had an argument here but I know nothing about Salado. I do know , for whatever reason, Huffman started hitting the baseball and got hot at the right time. I do know Huffman's defense is their strength! Early in the season, Huffman played in some bigger 5A/6A tourneys so record is not padded! Going to enjoy the ride as long as it lasts and look forward to advancing further than Huffman has ever gone!
