1. Thx...couldn't seem to find it anywhere.
 2. Anyone know who/where Deer Park plays tonight?
 3.
Lamar Cons.kicker Ramirez is a senior and FNF mag.lists him as a great kicker.Good report travel safely ;)
In that case I'll go with the Junior from D-Town.
 4. Brazosport must be horrible....
 5.

Brenham O must have struggled a tad w/FNF #5 team in 23-4a PM me Justin 8)
The Brenham defense didn't let the Mustangs get past their own 40.  They got their points by kicking a 46yd FG after Brenham muffed a punt.  Same as last year, except we missed 2 PAT's this year, so it was 26-3 instead of 28-3.  Overall, dominating performance by the Cubs, especially the defense.  Our offense could have done a little bit better, but it's early.  Like the first game, we had way too many penalties. (dumb ones at that) Up next, Houston Lamar...
Brenham D is absolutely STOUT.  Offense is a little behind the defense but the talent is there at the skill positions.  QB is Joe Montana accurate and pretty good decision maker...arm strength is so so.  O-Line solid....next time I'm not bringing the kids to hang all over everyone and sword fight with soda bottles.  Pretty deserving of their ranking though.
 6.
Bobby, I think their kicker is better than Dayton's.  One of the best HS kickers I've seen.
Nah....but they're pretty close ;).  Can't go wrong with either of them.  Like what's better a porche or a ferrarri...
 7.

Gas did you mean this has been blacked out since he reentered the six grade or did it happen over the summer?
I will say that it was legible enough to know it was either/or for the year. And, "black out" is not an accurate description. They knew when it needed to be addressed and it was. There was no wrong doing by anyone from the district, past or present. They were on top of it and they handled it, plain and simple. All of you folks wanting an investigation need to go see the DA. There is NOTHING for WOCCISD to investigate.
I don't think the comments on here are suggesting any investigation be done by WOCCISD...
 8.
Livingston - 49 Jasper - 42
That's your pick??  After the radio show I figured it would be Liv - 77 Jas - 0 at half.  ;)
 9. Slightly ready...??  The game doesn't start for 6.5 hours!
 10. Sweet!!  I will defer to him on all legal matters in the future :)!!
 11.
Criminal activity, you know of what level the State of Texas considers this type of tampering with a government document?  A class C misdemeanor!  Texas Penal Code, Section 37.10 (c)(3).  That's right, you are calling on John Kimbrough office to conduct a clandestine investigation of a program where the penalty will be that same as if you or I were caught speeding.  Should this be evaluated by the district? Of course it should!  Because that should have been caught in the past and there was carelessness by someone in not coming upon that much earlier than days before an ineligible player would have been let on the field.  But for you to take this incident and infer intentional wrongdoing by the district is completely baseless. If you have no beef against WO-S, why are you so intent that some sort of investigation take place?  Do you call the police department every time some flies by you when they are obviously exceeding the speed limit?  For someone who has no beef against WO-S, me thinks you dost protest a little too loudly!
Hmmmm...I'm not sure it's a Class C.  Depending on the intent, tampering with government documents can get as high as a second degree felony.  Guess I should read the reference you provided as this is just based on what I've seen ;).  Didn't know it could go lower than a Class A Misdemeanor. I'm sure someone on here is an attorney and could clarify.  Not quite sure it's worth taxpayer dollars for a criminal investigation though.
 12. haha....They're terrible.  Livingston would blow them right off the field!
 13. It'll be prefaced by the QB WAS behind the line of scrimmage on the final td pass right??  ;D
 14. Sweet...can't get Beaumont stations over here in West Houston.
 15. I agree...big shoes to fill but he's definitely trying them on

Maybei can see a game between the two soon.
Do they not have enough players or what? Truthfully, there is no value in it for the Broncos, it would be a pre-district game and would not help prepare our team for anything.
Probably correct to a certain extent about the difficulty of the game and preparing the team for the playoffs.  There's 2 other pre-district games to do that along with the scrimmages.  Just put it this way....I only remember a handful of games from when I was growing up....all of them were against Liberty except for a playoff game against PA Lincoln.  How long has Notre Dame played Navy??  Yea for the longest time Navy couldn't compete but the game was played every year.  Hence the whole "rivalry" thing.  Crosby may be Dayton's "rival" now or Barbers Hill but they would pale in comparison to Liberty IMO.
I also remember the rivalry and there is no question it would be huge and generate a great deal of interest for a couple of years but Liberty is boxed in and will not see significant growth. After 2 or 3 blowouts it would become nothing more than a glorified practice.
Haha and you see a problem with this ;)?  How's Diamond J Jr. looking for the upcoming season btw?

How many of you Dayton folks are going to come watch this game? and will you sit on the BH side or Lumberton side? I don' think you like either of us ;D
It's not the team @ BH we don't like.. it's the majority of the fans.. we don't like... And if I come I will sit on the BH side.. so I can pretend to be snooty and blend in ;)
There is no pretending we are snooty, so wipe your feet and take a bath before you enter our stands please ;D Our Bye is during yalls game with Ike,  I'll be there so the Dayton fans may bask in my Ora 8) I'll be the one with the T-shirt that reads "You think Tina Turna got slapped by Ike wait till the end of this game"
But I'm NOT snooty.. thats why I have to pretend  ::) I will even put on deorant and brush my back teeth before i come to the game Friday :)
BHFAN, he's willing to go all out.... ;D
Dude...how long you been on this site??  SHE'S willing to go all out ;)
 19.
90PNGNDN, to answer your question, 2003 is the last time we were average.  From 1999-2010, we only missed the playoffs in 2003.  So 10 out of the last 11 years, we have atleast made the playoffs.
IDK man....the '08 team was pretty average and over-achieved IMO.
 20.
That's the spirit, right up my agenda.L'auberge just sent me coupons for a free room every week in sept.If it comes to pass,I'm all in if we're healthy ;D
I need some of those "Senior Citizen" coupons! :)
 21. Got to agree with Ryker on this one.  My math may be bad but somehow getting held back 1 year means you turn 19 your senior year.  Not knowing your own age, blacked out birthdates....something doesn't smell right.  Quite a difference in the maturity level of a 19 year old versus a 17 year old....
 22. The Dayton vs. Liberty game used to be nuts.  Too bad the youngsters didn't get to experience it because it was truly a great rivalry.  Why Liberty stopped playing I'll never understand.
 23. Still don't understand how KP made the second round....anxious to see the new skill players for the green though.  Gotta get together for a game.
 24.
Well as always, I have to disagree with a "player gettin showcased"...lol....did anyone figure that the Beaumont bowl stays in the west end....the way you mature a qb is to throw him in the fire...but u want him to get use to being in the game....can we run the ball?....heck yeah!...ask PAM....do we need to work on the passing game? yes...absolutely...it's really easy to sit back and criticize...a kid starting his 3rd or 4th game....try using a brain before assuming that a player is getting showcased...the more time our "show case player" gets whippn that ball the better he will be in November...it goes by fast, no time for regret, and no time to please critics....try and think to form a logical explanation of why the coaching staff would do this....I can relate...not because of my awesome little league coaching experience, but from my real world training of the finest fighting force in the world....the US Marine Corps... preparation, planning, strategy, defense, offense alternate planning and supplementary planning...only we can't see video one week prior... ;)If the show case kid(s) were not related to a coaching staff...we would not be having this conversation.... I was always kept an open door policy...still do...and so does Coach Stump....I don't think we need to leave a door open on this matter....meaning if you have something to say, don't beat around the bush say it....but to the right man's face...not behind a screen.... ;)
You had me till the highlighted part... Marine Plan A - Charge directly at the enemy Marine Plan B - Count to 2 and charge directly at the enemy Marine Plan C - Count to 4 and charge directly at the enemy....Plan D requires too many fingers while holding your weapon Contingency A if enemy is not there....yell "HOORAH" real loud and charge directly at the machine gun fire Contingency B - Go to bar, get plastered, start fight Can't blame you though....your officers come from ancrapolis ;) If Soulja doesn't have confidence then it may be a long year on the Northside...
 25. You sucked me in green shoes....some of these are just laughable.  Tivy seems to make this list every year but can't seem to make it past that first game outside the region...or CC or PLC or whoever it may be.  Why not go ahead and throw an HISD school into the top 10 as well....
