The shoot clock could  simply be one of those clocks that u will see at most little dribbler games. The ones that just sit on the scorers table. Until a school could install one

On the money side of things, these are schools with new gyms in the last ten years that I know. I may be off a few years on some. Hj Silsbee East chambers Vidor Kountz Ned Png Mem Bcity Deweyville And Orangefield I think?  So all these schools just in our area have or had money for new gyms, but not for 45 second clock. Same thing was said about football and the play clock, but I have even seen 6 man football with it Ozen

My reasons is I hate  watching 4 corners for an entire quarter. 2nd reason for me is a  well coached team can can be taught  to defend an offense, just say the flex offense. But if you have to guard the flex or any other offense for that matter usually u can only guard it for so long. I believe it would make the game better. To me it wouldn't just be about Johnny and joes now, cause a good coach only has to teach his team to guard an offense for 45 seconds to a min. Sorta like football defensive backs, u give a qb all day, he will find someone, so even I the dback defended perfect, if offense has all day then it takes away from some coaching. Just my opinion. 

High school needs a shoot clock, bottom line. Play ball

texas has become a hotbed for basketball talent,  NOT

1. Ned ( due to coaching ) 2. Central ( number 20 is a beast ) I believe thats his number 3. Livinston 4. Ozen Wild card lcm , lcm needs it guards to play well enough with their posts

Bottom line is u just don't do that, at that point in the game. As an official u have to think to urself, why us neither team on the floor?

Lt only pointing out mem bench, but Ned players where not on court yet either when 3 seconds had been counted by the official. So there was not good communication by the officials to either team. It's basically came down to the which ever team bench was closer to the ball

That was a terrible job in that situation by the refs. Obvious the refs didnt do a good job of warning either team, if both team where still in their huddle on the to. ( it's been said the ref was at a 3 count)

How bout when smith was out of head girls basketball coach? What ur excuse that he wasn't put on boys basketball then? I know I know, it wasn't best for football, wait, I mean Ned budget Oh I am sure neuaman could teach walker to be a great head coach, groom him. Heck he would have all year, not just months like english will have to groom him

Mos u brought me into these post, I never once responded to u until u brought me into this, by quoting me. And I never once said smith, I said a basketball guy. Be it smith is the best or whoever. Ned is the only school that doesn't have a basketball asst coach from the start of the season in the district Point blank that is not rt.

Point: a basketball coach could have been hired that didn't have to teach science. Even though ur older post keep saying that he needed to be a science teacher. Go look back at one of ur essays for that quote
