I hope EC wins as well but I am not as comfortable saying they will by much.  Buna played Anahuac tough to the end but seriously struggled against Hardin.  EC stumbled at the end of the Hardin game but was hammered by Anahuac.  I will go with EC by 6 only because they are at home.

Gotta go with Kirbyville on this one.

I just wish the guy would stop entertaining and do more ref'ing.  He does the same thing at the kids basketball games and it gets ridicules after a while.  He holds the game up trying to get laughs in the stands.  Overall, this year they have not be really bad like they were last year in Lonestar... There was a guy last year that would just throw his flag randomly if a kid said he was being held.  I asked him if he saw it and he said no.  He ended up waiving off the flag.  Scary thing was he was the crew leader in several of our games.  He was a mess.

I think folks need to understand that anything can happen on any given Saturday.  It is true that HJ beat the #2 team in the hat pull 35-0 but lost to a team that the #2 team beat 21-6 so anything can happen.  Also, I believe that one division won 3 out of 4 of the playoff games.  You just never know.  Teams just come together at different times and one missing kid here and there can make all the difference.
