27-24 High Island

based on the Massey Ranking Matchup Tab it has:
Newton-29
Kirbyville-31..
-
cess pool with a lot of District Championship trophy's in it... That "Paradise" in Hardin hasn't had a trophy in it since Columbus landed here....
-
Going with the CATS by 4 TD's
-
this thing is weird. It shows teams rated lower in the rankings beating the higher team on the match up tab...
-
You will have plenty of offense in this one.
-
Anaphylactic shock i think from the EC game.... But I think Anahuac wins in a big way this week.
-
blocked extra point didn't hurt either.
-
Sorry... already don't like you. I have been posting 2yrs and don't have 5 good Karma.... This is such a WOS favored crowd... New on the Block "Rebel2dogs" has to root for someone else... ;D
-
yea.. i think we mentioned that fact already..
-
You are definitely right as I mentioned in my earlier post. Anything can happen. It's just my opinion that it will not happen. Vidor beat EC 24-13.. Vidor lost to Silsbee White 47-34. EC beat Silsbee White 31-0. You just never know.

I actually think Deweyville is the most well rounded team in the league. HF just has one player that is a level above the others on offense...
-
Should be a good game if you compared teams that they both played so far.....
Anahuac vs.
Deweyville*, W, 38-6
Hardin*, W, 55-0
EC vs.
Deweyville, W, 37-2
Hardin, W 42-7

IMO, i don't think this scenario will happen with 4 teams having the same record but 3 could likely end that way. Head to Head matchups will come into play then (I think). It is likely that HF will go 8-0, Deweyville will go 7-1, and Warren will go 5-3 to end the year. They will all be in the playoffs.. The other team will likely come from EC or Silsbee White. EC has HJ this week and Silsbee Maroon the last week. EC will likely beat HJ. If they beat Silsbee Maroon then they advance. Silsbee White is out because they have lost to both Maroon and EC. Silsbee White has HF for it's final matchup and I don't think they will take HF. I don't see Vidor in the picture having to beat Deweyville to get to a 4-4 record. But you never know. Just takes the flu bug to hit a couple of kids on a team and everything changes.

Ron, if anyone knows about humiliation your team does....
-
from what I could tell, more than the QB had some wheels in that game. They all played great..
-
Having played both teams. Buna looks better than Hardin.
-
Sounds like it might be a game behind..
-
EC is 2-0 in District not 1-1
-
Sounds like HF scored 13 on the ladies from the concession stand since Jasper pulled it's starters and 2nd string players in the 1st & second quarters.
-
OH yea.. they will meet the undefeated Wildcats....
Oh wait.. they aren't undefeated just a legend in their own mind. A couple years of success and now no one can beat them.... :
-
I have to agree. Buna's defense played well. Offensively, they hurt themselves most of the night with untimely penalty's. EC's offense looked like it was on zombie mode. EC was missing some key players not sure why. Saw Jacoby in street clothes on the sideline. Tye looked like he hurt himself within the first couple minutes of the game. Things will need to pickup and look more like the offense against HJ and OF or things are going to get rough... Good Luck to the Cougs for the rest of the year. I think they are going to surprise some folks.

sure could have used some of these points over at the EC/Buna game.
Your school's all time players at each position.
