So all of the other school districts in SE Texas are going to let PNG be the first high school with a REAL stadium! Shame on the districts that chose not to be the first! Hats of to PNG! PNG is the only district with the "suits" that had enough guts to pull the trigger. WOS could have been first but the voters said no. Shame on the voters! Just watch! It is about to become a domino theory over the next five years with new field turf stadiums all over SE Texas!

With a high ankle sprain DB ain't driving on nobody especialy after only 3 days of rest. If it's really a high ankle injury he will be watching on the bench. Which ankle was it? Right or left? Might depend on his dominant push off foot.

Take it easy on my now little 2A K-Cats. Why did my 2A K-Cats schedule the unbeatable 'Stangs in non-district? WOS 'Stangs hasn't lost to a sub 4A team in a regular season in how many years now? INCREDIBLE!

About time some SE Texas HS has stepped up with the times and built a real stadium with field turf! Maybe other high schools who ALL have ROOTY-POOT stadiums will follow suit! It's a shame everyone usually has to go to Dayton, Humble, Conroe, Lufkin or other areas to play a playoff game!

Who goes big school in this district saying that KVille, Newton make the playoffs and either San Augustine, Woodville, Hemphill take the other spot? What district would KVille/Newton District face in the first round? When with the KVille/Newton District have to face the EC/Hardin/Buna/DVille District?

You know what happens when you ASSuME don't you? Your thought process makes sense but it's not accurate. The NEW home/away sites have to be agreed on by the coaches. Last year's schedule may or may not matter. Wait and see. How will Liberty be next season as far as talent coming back?

How does this happen? Didn't they lose their QB or RB or both get hurt against Orangefield or Bridge City or was that just a rumor? They beat Silsbee, BC, HJ, but lost to Jasper, Orangefield and WOS? So do they still have a shot mathmatically?

I heard two of their best players, QB and LB/FB, will be back after getting injured against Orangefield. They are really good players, so is Daigle and the other RB. Their linemen are big and strong from what I've been told. Solid on special teams. KVille better be ready. What number is the kid who returns the kickoffs for TDs? He's a weapon too!

You speak of what YOU DO NOT KNOW. I am from Kirbyville and I KNOW that Rhodes WAS disciplined EVERY DAY last week during school and after practice on the field and at night school. I DO KNOW that Coach Alvarez told Rhodes that HE WOULD be held out of the FIRST QUARTER at the least. He was actually held out for the first TWO QUARTERS. A huge LESSON was taught to everyone and everyone is better for it. Coach Alvarez didn't have to hold him out at all. But he CHOSE to do so. Get your facts straight. Don't spout off what you DON'T KNOW. Now that you know the FACTS you can now form an opinion.
