Sound like a cry baby to me....there was actually more holding penalties than got called....first half they missed about a dozen ....we lost fair and swuarexlast year...y'all lost fair and square this year,....as I said in the earlier thread....conditiong came into play....those slow unathletic kids wore PAM D down...they had their hands on their hips halfway through the 3rd....it is what it is.....a PNG victory and a PAM loss 

Png defense figured out the speed in the 2nd half only giving up 6 pts

What's happening is PNG winning and PAM wants to blame refs.  That's what's happening 

Memorial is holding or blocking in the back every single play.......not real sure how you can refute those calls

Here's what I love about team sports... you don't need the best players, you just need the right players. You need guys that will fight every play, never give up, outwork, outhit, and outlast the opponents. You can beat a talented team if you completely demoralize them. You can beat a good team if they continuously have to pick themselves up off the ground.

True , you got a point , every team left still standing at this time of the year is LEGIT , There's NO more freebie games  , the cream has risen to the top , but PNG is still playing for a reason , I'm telling you Roschon getting stronger & better every game , a sophomore taking over playoff games lol , its crazy , even though C.S got some studs on the D side of the ball..
I just feel when we talk of high school football if you can get in the dance you got a fighting chance because at the end it's about you beating the kid across from you , when that option happens with teenagers anything is possible..

For the folks looking at the record.... It's more than just that....
They have played teams with a combined record of 55-76 including a win over a catholic school..  Tight games against there 2 best season opponents in A&M and Temple.... I think PAM beats this team.... So what I'm saying is that, these guys are beatable... Definately not a Manvel..... Athletic, big, and all that jazz... But beatable... Any given week....... If your going to watch film, watch film against A&M and Temple.....

I'm NEVER gonna give up on the Indians!  Anything can and will happen on any given Friday night in Texas high school football!  Keep on, keepin on, Indians! Make a believer out of the naysayers!

The crazy thing this year is people are complaining still, they are beat up and banged up with an 11-1 record.  Last year people complained that they didn't run it enough and they were chasing passing records.  This year it's they are running the stud QB too much.  He's changed his philosophy with what he's got.  That's the mark of a good coach.  On defense they've got average to below average talent, but kids that flat out give you everything.  It could be a lot worse.  Enjoy the moment and cheer on those hard working kiddos.

I've been grateful to have him at the Reservation since he arrived. And, this may make me a heretic, but as happy as I am when PNG beats Nederland, I think the criticism over his 2-6 record against Nederland is idiotic. Stupid. Immature. Short-sighted. Foolish. It's one game. Sometime you win, sometimes you lose. His overall influence on the program has been very positive, and his absence will be felt when/if he leaves. PNG has never had such a good offensive coach, we have never had such a good mind for teaching fundamentals, and we have never even come close to having such a good QB coach as he is. I hope he stays forever, and if he never beats Nederland again, it won't diminish him even a little bit in my mind. PNG fans are amazing, but we whine too much. 

I like PN-G's chances this week, I think the players and coaches will take care of business come Friday night!

You know it doesn't help people getting on here and talking about all this crap. Including injuries. All your doing is helping the other team out. Very few of you have a clue. Let these guys know who is in and who is out. Your giving a free scouting report to the world because either 1 you are on a agenda. Or 2 your a clown. 10-1. Beat Nederland. 2nd round. And all this... well I am one of the ones that Is always complaining, I am never happy till they are 50pts put up. Im a firm believer that if you gonna beat someone beatem for the whole 48 mins. It kills me that the starters go on defense and have a shutout going on and then late in the fourth you bring in the secondarys and they give up 16 unanswered points. I think if you gonna sub in alternates just do it a few at a time don't just let them all go in at once, but that's just my opinion. I like to see the officials call it both ways I will complain even if we win, regardless it is the right thing to do! yes I do question the coaching at times  like on the fourth down play, if you know your going for it put the offense in and let them do what they do. Barbers Hill was playing the fake and they stuffed it. That just made us look silly! I liked the fake fieldgoal a few weeks back that was interesting as riggs is a playmaker and just come up short. But everyone knows our special teams is suspect so why not just go for two every now and then depending on game situations or go for it on fourth when you are at the forty or so if you don't get it, that is nine times out of 10 where the other offense is going to start out any way. The pooch kick I hate, if you gonna give up that kind of field position just onside kick it, got a better chance of getting it. But hey im just a bleacher fan im not the coach, that is what he gets paid for. But I paid my $6 bucks so im gonna say what I want when I want and if it hurts your feelings oh well! I have a couple that sits beside me, they go sit somewheres else about all the home games with the exception on the mcm game. I know I get on the husbands nerves so I continue to do what I do. Sorry it is what it is.
