Ok, if you going there then we had calls come back too. A lot more than y'all, which has been a problem for us all year. 

IMO Crosby clearly the better team, I was nervous going in but defense stepped up. We didn't even come close to playing our best & that worries me (offensively).  There's something wrong with Crosby (offensively) because same mistakes don't get fixed, again IMO.   

Nonetheless, good game with no injuries that I know of...good luck NC!

I'm a Crosby fan but...the way I see it is we are going to lose to NC. Now, I hope I'm wrong! I've heard Crosby's defense is good, I don't think good is right, maybe good at times. Who have we played, Manvel is an exception game.  Porter, they beat us, we could not cover #2. Defense played well against BH. The Dayton game was typical. The rest of the games we should of won big & did, hence the reference who have we played. The way our offense sputters at times I think that will be asking too much from our defense against NC. If I'm NC I'm going after Crosby's #17. NC has been executing all season.   Last years OT win left a bad taste with NC & we are playing them at their place were we lost against Porter. 

Oh well! If I have to eat some crow after this game I'll be happy to.

IMO after what I watched last night and all season long with Manvel game being the only exception, Crosby looses to NC. 

Who is Crosby's RB #23?

IMO Crosby always seems to have an unlimited supply of RBs. The second sting QB & #23 had a couple of good drives.

I agree. I see Crosby fans predicting too much. This team can be beat. If KP would of connected with wide open receivers on two occasions then what? 

Back then I wish that I could have played...oh wait I did during practice. I'll pick Brenham. 

I wish there could be a competition for the "best band in da stands award". That might make it more interesting.

That is they style of marching they do, for competition.  Yes, they are military (went to state last year, along with BH I believe).  I have a daughter that was in drill team and was under the direction of Mrs. Stoeck, as well.

IDK if being a military marching band has anything to do with playing in the stands. I still think it's the director and not the kids. IMO a good director needs to understand the game. 

Don't play on offense. 

Do play on defense. 

Play on first down, scores & time outs. 

NEVER PLAY DURING INJURIES. 

Whats so hard about that...wait we can't hear them anyway because of the video score board is too dang loud. 

Whooooooooeeeee...looks like this is a touchy subject. I would still pay and watch football if no band, no cheerleaders and no dance team were present but with that said if the band is rock'n it, it sure does make it a fun experience for me. Also, in the "my video score board is bigger than yours era..." you can't hear the band or cheerleaders because of the freaking loud commercials.

I must confess...the sky divers, fireworks and food trucks at a high school football game IMO is awesome. 

My daughter goes to Crosby and dances at halftime.  I cheer for her and the rest of the kids but I wish the band was like others that I have seen. Examples: Temple and PNG, Central, and even BH. Just loosen up, play loud and have fun.  I don't think it's our kids but the band director...

I'm no expert but after watching all of Crosby's games this year this is what I think...Yes, NC can win district and the Porter game Crosby just got beat but with that said, if Crosby shows up to play and plays like they are capable of I think Crosby can win district.  I would not be surprised if Crosby gets another loss either to NC or Dayton.  

When I was in HS we played Beaumont Hebert and South Park.  Now, I'm back and I'm trying to caught up on missed history...which school is which and which schools are "newer"?

Crosby better keep focused on district play. 

I've been overseas for 25 years so I don't know this...are New Caney and Porter is in same school district?

I wish it would rotate l enjoyed it being in Houston.

Maybe George Obama knows something...
