We should kick it sometime. 

The Longhorns look especially strong this year. I had the opportunity to make it out for their double-header against Penn St. and man did they play some ball!  I opted not to go to the Sunday series finale and the kid throws a no-hitter!  Baseball America was sure impressed after last week. 

Predictions anyone?  ???

Wow!!!

Silsbee is loaded with young future stars.  It is going to be fun watching these young men for many years. I feel they are all a cut above.

One truly stands out.  Fr. Colby Jenkins will be a name that everyone will be hearing for years to come.  He has a lot going for him.  He is gifted, works hard and loves the game.

Their best run will come in 2011.  That current sophomore class is deep and committed.  No amazing athletes, but more than a few kids with developing skill.  I was certain there were two seniors, one is to come following basketball season.

so thier fresman group from last year was good??? Kville's freshman smoked them a couple of times last year!!

Not the same group. Silsbee uses a "sophomore" team. Most of those guys were on JV. I don't think Kirbyville 'smoked' them.

I remember watching him in the high jump.  I was with a state finalist that was very impressed by his ability to jump with such bad form. 

What bothers me is that you only argue the importance. Talk about the slam man.  Draw us a picture.  Throw me a frickin bone here.  I've seen some mad dunks, and I didn't make it to the game, so rate it.  A personal favorite was one of the few alleyhoops I've witnessed between Terrence and a man by the name of Frog.  ;D

That Silsbee squad sure is young.  Expect errors with nothing overwhelming on the mound.  They've got a lot to prove.

Again, last time I checked, scoring more points than the other team wins championships.  Having a great offense, defense, and special teams help.
