You play ULL then PVAM Play Hawaii then Langston. Play a tough one you have no chance in and then play a cupcake. What has this team learned in their first three games? What did we learn fans want to see their team win. So schedule easy games at home when you can.

I don't know about you, but I like to see my team grow during the early part of the season and compete come conference time. Beating PVAM and Langston by 30 points and then losing to SHSU and SFA by 40 is not helping this team. I would like to think by yerar 3 this program is a little further along than they are. It's year three and we still are playing NAIA and Div II teams. Woodard is looking for cheap wins, but these blow out losses are about to catch up to him.
Every school in the Southland except Southeastern has a game against DII or NAIA school this year.  There programs have been around longer than three years.  Nicholls State has a game against LA Valley College a Juco. McNeese played McMurry DII Central Arkansas plays Bacone College NAIA Sam Houston played Incarnate Word DII Northwestern played Arkansas-Monticello DII SFA played Southwestern Oklahoma DII
They have 1 game on their schedule, how many does Lamar have on theirs? PVAM Langston McMurry If we didn't have ULL and Hawaii already for this year, we would have proably had more. All Woodard is doing by playing these schools is padding his overall record. I would hope by year 3 we would be little further along than still playing langston each year.

Does Vidor have what it takes to win their 1st Championship?
I don't think it is their first championship. In the current 20-4A but I believe they went to the playoffs in the early 60's and late 70's and back then, only the DC went to the playoffs. Surely someone will pop up with the right answer.
I believe in 1978 Vidor was Co-Champs and we played Aldine Nimitz over in the Astrodome. That's as far back as I know, not sure about the deep run in the 60's.
 5. Not sure about the final score, but Vidor won big. By close to 40 pts. 84-46 I think.

(Have to make sure I can get off) If we sweep y'all, their might not be a show.... :-\
In all honestly BrenhamFan i think 19-4A had a better chance at a sweep than yall do. All yall got is Brenham and Mont and after tonight you'll only have Brenham.  8)
SMH....  I really hope your not serious.  Our 2nd, 3rd and 4th place teams all finished 5-2 in district.  The top half of 17-4A is good, even of you don't believe me.
And the second and third teams of 20-4A finished 5-2 in district. I think you have some pretty good teams in Stratford and MW but top 4 to top 4 we are a better district. And you will see that this weekend. Yes i know i'm looking to eat a lotta crow if i'm wrong but so are you if i'm right.  8)
Your kidding ,  right ? Vidor wouldnt stand chance in our district . I bet they would finish last or maybe at best , next to last . You'll see tonight . make sure that you save some room for that crow . Theres gonna be alot of it. NA NA NA NA NA NA HEY HEY HEY GOODBYE
How's that crow tastin' this morning??? Good luck Bears in basketball!!
 8. Let's go Panthers!! Good luck and keep showing what 20-4a is made of!!
 9. Good Luck Dogs!!! Let's keep that 20-4a train rolling!!
 10. Waking up??? I don't think anyone's gone to bed yet???  :P
 11. Season ticket holder forfootball. Attend probably 75-85% of baseball games each year as well.
 12. Ok pay attention here, I'm only go to dispense this wisdom once. Everyone can debate all day long the outcome of this game and the reasons for each. Usually I sit idle by and see what everyone's thinking and not say anything. But after seeing some of these post on here I can't hold back any longer. 1. Speed, discipline, athleticism, and RACE (How this was ever brought into this discussion is beyond belief) have nothing to do with the final outcome of a game. Those are all attributes that make up parts of a team. TEAM...that word has more to do with the outcome of the game. The TEAM that performs the best and scores more points than they goive up..WINS!! Wow the founding fathers of the game got that right!! 2. Stats..........you can quote stats all day long and what does it get you?? It proves you have no life. Who cares what the stats are, unless the two teams have played a common opponent, they mean nothing!! And even then, they still won't predict a correct outcome. 3. You are not going to change the opponents fan's opinion you are right and they are wrong. You can argue all day long and nothing will change. Do you honsetly thing because lil Johnny scored 3 touchdowns with his right shoe tied in a double knot will convince the other team they are wrong and your team will win?? 4. Here's a subject for you to debate. Who's girlfriend is uglier!! How do I know you have a ugly girlfriend? You must because you have nothing better to do than debate a high school football game. Just remember, it's a GAME!! I understand passion and school spirt, but there are limits. Now, get off the computer and go out and find youself a better looking girlfriend!!

I figured that game would be sold out by now??
How many are there?
I don't know numbers, but last time I looked, there were entire sections with 75% seats open.

 18.
Sc beat virginia in a great one last night!
That was one of the best games I've watched. Both teams keep fighting, I was wanting Virginia to win so I could watch them play again tonight.
 19. I would be very surprised to see 3 SLC teams in the regionals!! Not that the SLC doesn't have 3 teams that should be there, just don't see it happening.
 20. I know why Vidor had the Non-district schedule they played now!!  :P :P
