no have been informed the kid is still gonna play and it was a NED player not one of ours, no failed report cards lol

Of course it isn’t a pn player. Admin would have kept it hush hush in fear of a bad reputation just like the teachers give the kids answers on the TAAS test.

lol that is all hearsay as far as I know, hell could have been you putting it there lol. Faircloth is fine right where he is at. As for when Shug is gone it is next man up and his last name is Boast will start as a sophomore im sure.

Lil Bost is very small. Probably doesn’t weigh but 145. Needs to put on some muscle.

Nope. Im off the Pam game. Its been nearly a month at this point. Im concerned with Nederland and playoffs now. You should move on from that too. What you gone say when PAM plays teams that have multiple players like Roschon, Hines, Jones, all on the other side of the field and you are in a neutral site far away from the Triangle? PNG has one, maybe 2 guys with that kind of impact and you still mad about that. Yall will be in the same group and Manvel, Temple and other strong teams.

With y’alls defense you should be VERY concerned. I’m sorry but when only 2-3 players on offense do it all PN will not go very far. Period

I’ll be honest it was not the booster club that stepped in. The money was given by the Lumberton Boosters. It was borrowed money from a previous game between two other schools. I know that’s hard to follow but just trust me. And I would think it would take at least 4 of your friends to beat Livingston. I do think we could put together an adult flag football team and beat several teams in the district. But back to the topic of this post. Please understand where the money came from for future reference. Word is that PAM is supplying The Pups with funding for next Friday. I have also been told that a few old TJ alum are supplying PNG with funding so it should be interesting. Might very well see a total of 44 flags thrown on MCM. I threw the number 44 out for Ron!!

I’ve been in on that Lil secret for quite some time. Don’t worry I’ve also paid my my donation for next Friday.

Yep. My people are bumblebees. I'm sure png has had individual players better than what they have now. But that wasn't the point. The point was points per game. In my brief look  through the history that png has catalogued on their website, I don't believe any team has had a higher ppg output than this one, regardless if the overall team was better or had better individual players. Tony Romos Cowboys teams had some of the highest ppg outputs in team history, no one is saying those boys were better than the 90s, 70s, or even early 80s teams. Just a ppg thing.

I understand what you are saying. The reason why Pn has such a high ppg is cause of the competition. Lumberton is bad, Lee is bad, Ozen is terrible, and Me and 3 high school buddies can beat Livingston. And I know your response is going to be well we put blah blah blah on Pam. That was a fluke and a lot of homecooking. When refs noticed Pn couldn’t do anything in the first half the booster club then stepped in!!

I'm no png historian, but i would put money that this is the most explosive offense they haver ever fielded. Don't think there has been a game where they have scored <42 points. It's gonna be a huge test for the pups

Making that statement proves you’re no png historian. By far the best player and best offensive Pn player ever is Jeff Bergeron. And another thing is the 89 Indians with Ron McGill would of beat the breaks off this years team!!

Quite possibly you are taking what I said out of context. Note that I keep using Lamar as an example. Implying that Lamar needs to get on board and look at this kid. Because, at Lamar, kids like Riggs are not a dime a dozen. If you have been to a Lamar game lately you can see what issues they have as a program. Across the board, they need help. You can also see I have compared him to former Lamar players. Do I think he can play at a D1 bowl eligible school.... NO.... However I do think the kid can go to A Lamar type school and compete for playing time. So in your own words.... Don't try and turn this debate into a debacle... My argument is that at Lamar University, kids like Riggs are not a dime a dozen.....

Thanks for clearing it up. I totally agree

We pride ourselves on "Dime a dozen players"... That's the type of kid that plays with an edge and all heart. That's what enables you to beat teams that you shouldn't. And trust me, Lamar, needs all of that they can get....... Look at all the 5 stars that never amount to much... UT is battling that issue right now... However the Jordan Shipley type excels....

I’m trying to make the point that there are way more excellent Wr’s to choose from than probably any other position. Look how many excellent receivers there are in Tx, Fl, Ga, Ca, Ms, and Al. The quickest way to turn a healthy debate into an unhealthy debacle is to have it with someone who will twist your words around until they mean something else. Then he argues that point, completely ignoring what you really said.

Lamar is behind the game on many local kids. IMO, the ones they get are middle of the pack that put up decent numbers. It's hard to believe that they have not offered. For anyone that has seen Riggs play, he can outrun any team in the district. Look up PAM and Central games if your not a believer. The difference between Riggs and Nelson is size and speed. Nelson made every acrobatic crazy catch you could think of. Riggs does that as well but can burn a defense with speed, and is a mismatch because of his size. If he puts on 20 lbs or so he could play and excel at a Lamar type school. But as we have seen through the years, Lamar seems to let these types go through without a reasonable look.. ( ala Elandon Roberts), who they felt was local so he shouldn't get a full ride... or KJ who they thought was too small. So I caution anyone to wise crack or negative comment on Riggs. He can go....... And has proved it all year....

Riggs is very good. You got realize Excellent receivers come a dime a dozen

  10. I’m sure you are aware that Cameron Rising (California kid) is a UT commit. Coaches have been quoted as saying this kid is the Best they have ever seen. What’s your thoughts about Shug ever hitting the field at UT as I would love to see him in action at the college level
